Our Nephew, in our box truck, had a flat in a dangerous place after hours and had no cash or card on him and his phone was about to die.. We are in Nebraska so all we could do was call around. Richard immediately got Nephew, truck, and a hive of honey bees (which probably were not mentioned) safely to a tire shop. And accepted our payment by phone.

We were broke down on a extremely busy expressway for several hours , told numerous times help was on the way.When Interstate 70 was finally contacted by the provider the showed within 30 minutes to get us to safety.

We had a blowout on our U-Haul truck on a Sunday morning. The U-Haul customer service was completely unresponsive, on hold for over an hour and never reached an agent, and all the local tire shops were closed. The very helpful local U-Haul center directed us to Interstate 70 towing. They arrived ten minutes after I called, changed the inside dual tire and had us on the road 33 minutes after I called them. They were fast, friendly and truly sympathetic to our situation. It was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Call these guys first, you'll be glad you did.

This is the company you want to call if you breakdown on the side of the road. We were far from home when our trailer blew out a tire. We called Interstate 70 Towing to see if they could help? Less then 60 minutes they were there with a tire to change. While changing the tire they saw the leaf spring was broke, which caused the tire to blowout. They said we can get a spring and have you going on your way. Less then three hours down. WHAT GREAT SERVICE WE GOT THAT DAY!!! VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!!!

I just got completely taken advantage of by this company, I was literally towed less than 5 miles. I had to have my truck and trailer towed because I was stuck on the side of I-70. No price was given until truck was dropped just to the next exit on I-70. Like I said less than 5 miles. $250 I feel that I was totally taken advantage of by this guy
