We were here on vacation and due to Covid we are limited on nail salons at home. I was happy I found the shop and made an appointment. I can't tell you what an amazing job they did. Salon is extremely clean and attention to detail to making sure the customer felt welcomed was quite evident on my visit.

Very rude and unsanitary. Guy who did my nails scratched me with his nasty dirty nails. He doesn't speak English and doesn't know how to do nails. Acrylic nails that he did were all crooked and he painted my skin with gel polish. A child could have done a better job. He was throwing my hands and hurting me and got mad because I didn't like his terrible job and it costed $50. Rip off. They should close.

They are great at nails but tonight I was so uncomfortable. For the entire nail appointment, my male nail tech would not stop hitting on me. No matter how many times I told him no and that I was married he would not stop. The girls are great but I do not feel comfortable returning because of him.

This was the third time my husband and I have. been to the Nail salon. This will be the last time we will go to this salon. Our Pedi's were rushed through, the guy who did mine was rough and dug to hard under my toenail. The girl that worked on my husband cut him twice and he was bleeding. I had decided to get a manicure this time. So the same guy did my mani. Basically all he did was file and put the gel on. Hubby had already paid and left a generous tip. Very disappointed with the whole process. We will not be returning.

I've been to this beautiful salon twice. The first time, I had a great experience with Anna. This past week, I returned and Anna wasn't available. I had one guy for my pedi and a very young guy for my manicure and dip polish. All of my nails started to break within 3 days! There was a lady there at the same time who was back to fix her gel manicure as well - same problem. (I'm now my nails redone at a different salon - so $80 for my nails in the same week?? My pedicure with Elizabeth was great and she was so nice. Then the acrylic fill in started and Kim who is apparently the owner didn’t do a great job. She needed to fix one of my nails bc it was popping off from a previous nail appointment somewhere else and almost didn’t apply a tip but only use the monomer and polymer to create the edge which no ones ever done before and I’ve been begging my nails done for 15 years. Nails were crooked (supposed to be almond shape), not painted well, and she seemed super rushed. Wouldn’t recommend her.

I've been coming here for several months, I always get the gel pedi. I've tried different levels but honestly, I have noticed no discernible difference between the standard pedi and the upgraded pedis. They do a good job but I have a few comments/complaints. During Covid, the wine bar was closed, ok, understandable, but now that it is reopened, it it virtually impossible to get a glass of wine. 2 STRIKES you're DONE... waited four months before I went back for another attempt. I asked for the "believe it or not" pedicure which was an aloe-based pedicure and I got a chocolate scrub with a green drying mask crap put on my legs followed by almost cold damp rags!!! Questioned the tech about the chocolate she acted like she couldn't speak English so she asked the guy next to her and he said no we don't have aloe... and she continued on with the sorry pedicure. Last weekend I took a girls weekend trip with a few friends as I have a part time home in PG . We were in town for three days and we literally spent a portion of each day coming back to repair one of my friends gel manicures. Large chunks of the polish kept scraping off, which was very disappointing and time consuming . Tried to get a pedicure, I went in and they told me I had to come back later. No problem. So I made an appointment for an hour later. They were so short staffed, I waited almost an hour in the waiting area after my appointment time. By the time it was my turn, they had set up my pedicure and had me sit at the chair soaking for another half an hour and nobody was even CLOSE to getting to me. Will not be coming back.

I stopped into check on getting a gel manicure and was pleasantly surprised to get right in and was able to have a pedicure too. The salon is very clean and tastefully decorated. Kayla did one of the best pedicures I have ever had. She was very precise and so pleasant. I will definitely be a return customer.

I decided to give this place a try since I passed it a few weeks ago. I was not at all disappointed except for the price. The service was amazing it wads spotless and Lena knew what she was doing. I was surprised that the gel Polish was so much more especially since the pedicure was 47 ( lavender) they charged an additional 10 for gel. Then I got my nails done and again 15 extra dollars for design and 10 for gel plus the cost for the nails in total I spent 132 dollars. I can't do this every time but I will splurge once or twice a year.

I just went in there and it was super awkward. Tyler has a major attitude and not professional or good at giving information to a client. He would not let me go pick a polish because he was assuming I wanted gel!? I asked twice. Water was super hot and he just walked and threw the color charts on the table next to me a left again. Water still hot. I left. I dont know why I try new things. Stick with what you k ow. The place is nice and clean they just need better staff. Going back to Lovey Nails!
