Horrible experience. 😞 My daughter was given a necklace as a gift last night that was purchased at Neptunes the day before. This morning she put it on, so excited and happy to wear her new necklace. But within minutes, the charm disappeared. My daughter was devastated bc she loves the necklace and gift has special meaning. We happened to be in the area today so we went to Neptunes to exchange it. When we walked in we explained what happened and the woman working there asked me several times why the charm fell off and what happened to it - as if we had removed it or something. It was super weird

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Old woman owner was SUPER nice to me when I was buying a dress was very friendly all the way up until I walked out! I purchased a dress for my baby shower. I am 8 months pregnant and the dress was extremely pricey for what it was. It was not even ten minutes after the purchase that I returned after speaking to my husband and he told me to return it because it was too much money. The owner wouldn’t even look at me when I came back into the store LESS THAN TEN MINUTES AFTER PURCHASING! She would not agree to refund my card.
