Do not use this guy. He did not fix the problems with our generator in spite of being paid $3000. He charged us $2700 the first time and the generator shut off after 1 hour. He then refused to come back out and check it for 2 months because we were on "lockdown". Even though our boat was thoroughly cleaned and we were not on board. Finally 2 months later, another $300 charge and still no working generator from Marine man. And to make matters worse...He told me he would need to start replacing circuit boards and made arrangements to do so (Very costly) but then didn't show up

I used him to remove an engine. I had the boat at a lift so the engine could be lifted out. I had limited time at the lift. He was a little late arriving changed the price when he arrived and was generally rude. He did seem to know what he was doing but I had already done most of the work. STAY AWAY from the marine man

A Nice guy however it doesn't appear he did the job. The bill indicated all fuel filters where changed but there were a few that weren't causing us additional money as we needed another individual to diagnose the problem that Marine Man couldn't. The bill also indicated all zincs were replaced but we found the engine zincs were not.

I had Phil come out to troubleshoot and repair a small outboard engine on a sail boat I was trying to sell. Well, someone who was interested in buying came out to look at the boat while Phil was working on the engine. After looking at the boat, the interested party offered me $3000. However, Phil, the boat mechanic, for some unbeknownst reason decided to inject himself into the conversation and asked me "are you smoking crack? I'd take it!" He then began to proceed to explain how he had been trying to sell his boat for months, but couldn't. Well, instead of $3,000 in my
