We are open all year! Flexible scheduling between 6-7 for infant, toddler, preK programs, as well as before and after school care!. A credentialed head teacher leads each classroom, and all of our staff are CPR / First aid trained. We are family owned and operated and take great pride in providing a safe, happy, and healthy environment for children to learn, play and grow.
We are now accepting enrollment. Contact us to schedule a tour of our school, meet our staff, and see quality care in action!

Services
The Rhythm & Rhyme Childcare Center philosophy is based on the knowledge that children will develop emotionally, cognitively and creatively, through child-initiated activities, hands-on experiences and family-teacher partnerships. Positive, nurturing interaction with adults and children will foster and enrich their social skills.
Each credentialed head teacher prepares lessons within thematic weeks to foster an experiential learning environment which will entice and enrich the young minds of our students. We use the Creative Curriculum to guide us in developmentally appropriate practices, as well as evaluate the progress of our students for parent / teacher confrences.
Our infant program allows individual families to set the routine based upon the needs and unique differences of each child. Our infants have primary caregivers that will work their days around the schedule of those for whom they care. We will ensure the child's basic needs, such as diapering, eating, and napping are met, and we will go beyond that.
Our staff understands that toddlers learn with their whole bodies. They learn more by doing than by being told. Toddlers discover the world on a physical level, so it is expected that they prefer walking, climbing, carrying objects, dumping or dropping objects over sitting, picking up toys or playing only in a designated space.
In our three year old pre-k program children are transitioning from being toddlers, and preparing to enter an early childhood education environment. We have a young three year old room to accommodate this transition. A lot changes in a year, so we also have an older three year old room for the children to prepare for their transition into our prekindergarten program.

I called the above mentioned buisness above to inquire about scheduling a meeting to speak about potentially providing photography services. First off the owner/manager was very curt and not friendly at all. She said in a very unprofessional manner "We've got that covered already" After a few seconds she hung the phone up. I found it to be very rude how I had mentioned I was a student in college and she wouldn't give me the time of day! I highly recommend this buisness takes basic courses on how to professionally communicate with someone on the telephone!

After looking at other locations, my wife and I immediately knew we found the right place for our son. Bright, warm and inviting are a few words that come to mind. The ability to have flexible scheduling, accommodating hours and an incredible staff are big bonuses. I can't say enough about Rythym and Rhyme! My son is happy and doing great, therefore WE are happy! Highly Recommended!

My daughter ,who is 4 years old, went to this day care for a week that she was off from school.
She absolutely loved her time at R and R.
The entire staff is so attentive and everyone knew her name.
We love Miss Peggy!
She will be attending the after school program at R and R.
Thank you!

My daughter had special needs and the staff was not only extremely accommodating to her but they went out of their way for my little peanut. She started at 6 weeks and went there until she was 6 months. The… facility is clean and security is way beyond what I could imagine to keep these little ones safe. The staff is so kind and treated my little girl like she was there own. My daughter couldnt do much a 6 month old could do but they included her in it regardless. They were kind, caring and most of all they loved her. I couldn’t ask for a better place to bring my child too and she

Our 4 1/2 year old daughter has just completed Pre-k and has been attending Rhythm and Rhyme since 3 months of age. I've watched my daughter progress and grow tremendously. This place is clean, organize, safe and tailored to a healthy learning environment. Very earth friendly. Children's art projects and accomplishments can be seen throughout the… daycare. The curriculum is well thought out and effective. It teaches your child to be creative and gives them the necessary tools to start kindergarten. They spend time outdoors everyday, which is important. Rain or shine. Security is not an issue

My children have been going to Rhythm & Rhyme for the last four years now and we have loved every minute of our experience! My son who is 5 and now my daughter who is 2 have had wonderful teachers throughout the years! They have taught them so much and I feel my son will be ahead of his counterparts come September when he starts kindergarten. You really can not find a more caring group of early childhood educators
