My 1st time walking into this office I received a very warm welcome. I love the team work I witnessed while waiting for my hygienist to call me. Ok now when called to the back ( which wasn't a long wait at all) to get x-rays taken every detail was explained and questions answered with great patience. My second visit was for the 1st scaling and was she superb, I can't wait to get back for my second appointment. I was made to feel so welcome. It's demonstrated by actions that this issue than a job for the ladies I met and grew to love immediately upon meeting them all. I recommend this office totally

Clean. Dentist was professional and did his very best to fix my complicated teeth after years of neglect due to other medical issues. With that aside, I am unhappy with the neglect with being able to simply speak to someone about current issues after a visit. I am unable to physically make it there and even had to cancel my appointment. I can’t help it if my car is in the shop. At least listen to what is wrong and advise me on what to do in the mean time. I’m put on hold for almost 20min then told I can’t talk to someone about things over the phone. Next day I’m told I’ll get a call from

The white marsh dental group speaks politeness and honesty. Everyone , from Aerie, at the front desk , the hygienist, to the Dentist’s assistant is really pleasant. I must say this office has the best hygienist I’ve had. This office impressed me by their honesty. I realized many times over that Dr. Gabralla will wait and watch rather than unnecessarily plunge into a procedure like my experiences at other offices in the past. The office is clean and welcoming. A big thumbs up!

Dr. Gabralla is an Amazing Dentist! He cares about me and my children’s dental needs. Dr. Gabralla also respects my feelings pertaining to the care plan and thoroughly explains every step of the way . He goes over my X-rays and always wants to make sure I am comfortable.. Every time I visit this office they know who I am and who my children are. They are always so pleasant so sweet and very accommodating . Both hygienists are great too!

The lady who did my cleaning was great. She was professional and polite. The dentist who I saw was atrocious. His bedside manner was non-existent. He stuck his instrument deep into multiple decay areas, cracking them by twisting his instrument. He told me that my root canals were done poorly, but somehow at the same time was also unable to even correctly diagnose my issues, referring me to another dentist. I will not be going back, and suggest you look elsewhere too. What a waste of my time.

Five out of five gold stars. The staff here is amazing! I was smiling from the time I walked in to the time we left. The receptionists are wonderful and so friendly. The dental assistant who cleaned my teeth was so warm and welcoming. The dentist was caring and funny. I am so happy to have chosen this office. Thank you!
