This is the worst company to have tow your car. The women that works at the desk is very rude and ignorant. My insurance company sent over our information to this company for a tow and I called them to confirm and the women behind the phone hung up on me twice and after I called back she told me to stop calling, they’re not coming to tow my car. I would not recommend them to anyone.

De Falco services AAA inquiries. They came to replace the battery on our S60 Volvo this morning. According to Volvo, they installed the wrong battery. Based on this information, I called AAA back. Instead of finding the correct battery size, DeFalco actually lied to the dispatcher and told him that we were satisfied with the battery installation. When I called yet again, the woman answering the phone said she could not help us. I have reported them to AAA as an incompetent provider.

The flat tire was changed and repaired in a matter of minutes by the skilled technician Olajuwon right in front of Bridgewater Manor when a fire alarm had gone off and thousands of people were in the parking lot with all the fire trucks too! Thank you so much DeFalco's!
