The fluff of my experience:
I called to undeck a truck. The driver took 3 hrs to show up which was unfortunate, but didn't upset me none. I took a nice nap while waiting. When the driver arrived, it seemed he hadn't undecked a truck before. I told him what he needed to do, he did very well at following directions. Took maybe 30 min. In and out. I locked my keys in my trunk, and called JVD towing service. The owner, Jaime was so sweet and professional. He said a tow truck would be to my location in 20 min, Sebastian showed up in 10. I also only had 1/2 of the fee, which he told me not to worry about. I couldn't have had better service. Not only were they quick to show up on such a hot day, they were so kind and very professional. I will definitely use them again if I find myself in another predicament like today, and I would recommend them to all my friends and family! Kudios to JVD! A very satisfied customer! Very obnoxious over the phone. Setup appointment for towing with them. They did not show up. I then called another company to tow it and JVD ends up being the one to tow it??? They are con artist. The other company gave me a higher price and I was willing to pay it since JVD did not show up. come to find out they were subcontracted by the other company. they made an additional $50 when they could've just came to the original appointment. they were not willing to give it back once I realized what had happened. don't recommend.

So my complex had my jeep towed due to me parking in the wrong spot ok my fault so I can't be mad. This company took very good care of my jeep towed it away with no harm understood it was a 4 wheel drive car so back was put up on little wheels to not damage drive train. Took very good pictures of every angle to show no damage was on truck. The gentleman behind the counter was so helpful and was really the one who calmed me down about my truck being towed in the first place. Definitely will go to them if I need a tow

Don't bother calling or giving them your money they don't deserve it. This place is horrendous and as unprofessional as you can get. They don't answer the phone and when they do they hang up and you after screaming at you. Their customer service is atrocious I'm not sure how they make any money at all they probably don't and they don't deserve to.

After getting into a pretty bad car accident my car was towed to the location in Middlesex, NJ. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever encountered. After going to the first location the door had a sign that said closed. I called the number and a very rude man answered the phone saying we were at the wrong location. I told him that I needed to get the stuff out of my car and get my license plates, and he told me I could not. That my insurance company needed to call first to allow me to take my plates. Avoid at all costs. Horrible employees and even worse customer service. This place is a joke. I called this place multiple times about the location of my car. The first time they answered, the guy was so rude saying the office was closed and to call back Monday. He hung up. I called back multiple times when he finally answered I asked for Monday's hours he said they are closed Monday. I asked his name & I was hung up on again. Poor excuse for a "company"

Bad people to do business with i paint Trucks for jaime and he only paid a fraction of what thae real cost wast them he complaints abouth little things and refuse to paid over $1500...he want me.to paint more trucks i got text messages to prove it but i refused to because now i know the tipe theft he is and i sow how he Handel he's business and how he take advantage of people......just be careful if you encounter this savage......he will do anything to rob you one way or the other.........

Do not trust this guy, Jaime.
He will tell you he is towing you for an amount.
Then he charges you $10 more and tells you "his guy" made a mistake.
Jaime also doesn't give receipts and doesn't get out of his tow truck to find out where he is to drop off your vehicle at the business garage where it is to be dropped off. That is your job.
I would never recommend him to anyone.
