I diagnosed the problem for my mother and removed the capacitor, told her she needed to get a replacement. She couldn't get one at the local home depot and ended up calling this company. The part that needed to be replaced was a 38$ part on amazon. They spent 10 minutes installing a different brand "universal" capacitor which they said was better... After googling the part it's a 50$ capacitor that they charged 268$ for and they charged a 125$ service charge on top of the 500% price markup for the part... They took advantage of her because she is elderly. Would not recommend this business to anyone

Our A/C stopped working on Sunday. David was at our house in a matter of an hour or two. He was so kind, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Diagnosed the problem .... needed a new system. We had a quote emailed to us while David was still at our house. For our comfort the company provided a portable A/C unit to take the edge off the heat - no added cost. The new unit was installed on Tuesday by Mark and Austin. Definitely the kind of men you want working in your home. Very polite, knowledgeable, professional, and kind (even to our dog).
