I got this company thru amerishield and they did ac install after Freeze in Feb at beginning of spring this year. They put thermostat wiring on outside of wall which was super tacky, now I have to covered holes where they pulled wire fr and now I have to repaint my walls again(as the whole house was fresh paint on inside), and thermostat wasn't wired correctly, didn't put freon in ac. Long story short they had to come out like 6 to 7 more times after install and my heater isn't working. Heater has not been ran since install. They even stood me up at end of Aug (b4 my home warranty

There is nothing superior about this company. This company was dispatched by One Guard Home Warranty and the technician came out and diagnosed the problem as a bad fan motor on Tuesday. He said he didn't have one on his truck and would return later that day. He didn't show up later that day, and postponed Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. It's now Saturday morning with no repairs; no one at the company will respond to any calls, texts, or messages. Stay away from this company. Where is One Guard Control Department?

Don't use them!!! We were referred to them by our home warranty company (One Guard- that we are no longer using because they are BAD). Superior came to inspect our central air that was not working on a Friday . They contacted One Guard to get approval to make the repair. We called One Guard to see what was going on on Monday. They gave the approval --so then I got an invoice for $1434.98 on that same Monday from Superior stating due August 10.

While the technician did a good job of finding and repairing the problem, the communications was very substandard. This is a home I was selling. There was a leak which damaged the Sheetrock. No one contacted me to describe the problem, to advise how it would be repaired or to tell me the job was finished. All communications was by automatic emails. So I had to delay the Sheetrock repairs for five days only to discover, after numerous phone calls, that it was already done. When I complained about their poor service, they hung up on me.
