Your car's heating and A/C should be checked seasonally to keep your automobile comfortable in any weather condition. Air filter replacement is an important part of regular vehicle maintenance and should be replaced about every 3,000 to 15,000 miles. Your car's battery should be examined and maintained to guarantee the performance of your automobile's electrical system.
Once completed, we will contact you within one business day to confirm your appointment time. Based on your tire size, this tire may not be a good selection for your vehicle. You may add these tires to your scheduled appointment after we have contacted you regarding your quote. These limited warranties apply only to parts and labor shown on your invoice - there may be other components in a system that are not covered. Parts: 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first. Didn't do what they said they did...
I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I paid for an oil change and tire rotation.
They didn't rotate the tires.
I noticed when I got in my car an hour later this morning. My front driver side tire is missing a valve cap. After the "tire rotation" the same tire in that same spot is still missing a cap.
I hope they actually changed my oil and filter.
I wouldn't trust this place again.

My husband and I have taken our cars here and have never had a bad experience. We trust them and refer our friends and family here. Trust is a big deal when talking about your auto mechanic. Trust they are not trying to gouge us or do things we don't need just to pump up the price. Why aren't you there yet? You need an oil change don't you?!😁

The service i experienced at Certified Tire and Auto was Great, Its my new home shop for my car, would recommend Tim and his Team to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop, they have amazing prices, quick service, and give you an honest break down of what you NEED, and what can wait.
When i went in for my oil change, i walked up up to the counter and as busy as it was! i felt like all attention went onto me, that is when i met Tim. he asked for my keys, asked what kind of oil change i would like and told me to hang out and have a seat. he also offered me Coffee or water!!!.

I'd give them twice as many stars if I could, This place is the best, very professional and the customer service is amazing. Great mechanics explained everything that was wrong with my vehicle to me. They get the job done quick and they treated me like family i highly recommend this location for any car service.

Too expensive. Very bad experience.They said $49.95 offer price for full synthetic oil change including free tire rotation when I schedule an appointment.they invoiced $60.91(didn't do tire rotation). I noticed tire rotation was not done later that day & called them then they're are giving nice explanation for not doing. Added misc shop supplies $4.23(dont kw what it's) to the invoice & made it to $60.91 for just an oil change. Not even performing courtesy engine light check asked $100 for that. Dealers are better than this place.

Tim, Tom & the rest of the Certified crew are top notch. Dependable, honest and friendly. I work this shop professionally for fleet vehicle maintenance and repair, my personal vehicle and have recently bought a used vehicle from them for my daughter.
