A sincere THANKS to the crew at desi auto. My car had extensive suspension damage and major oil leak discovered ( I hate potholes!) Our vehicle required replacement of the rear shock absorbers. A very competitive price was offered for the repairs (versus the car dealer). Immediate service was also offered. The staff made every effort to accommodate our needs. The shop uses a convenient method (i.e., electronic messaging) to communicate all services and transactions ( including electronic signatures) with the customer. We will visit Desi Auto Care in the near future.

My car was originally scheduled to be dropped off on a Tuesday for a coolant leak, but on my way home two days before my water pump failed. i called them and told them i was going to be dropping it off earlier than scheduled. they had my car all finished up by wednesday afternoon. super professional, incredibly helpful, and probably the quickest auto repair i've ever had. will go absolutely nowhere else for my 2015 vw gti

Incredible service and attitude. Had a brake fluid leak on my E-Series Mercedes and didn't feel safe driving all the way to the dealer to have it fixed. I'm so lucky to have found these guys - Chris and Brian were both amazing. They're busy for a reason, and they still managed to get me in and out in under 24 hours, and I paid half of what I would've expected at the dealer. Will definitely go back again!

I brought my sister’s car here after having it towed to my house because we thought she needed a new hub when really all she needed was a lug nut replacement and for the other lug nuts to be tightened. I was told that diagnostics needed to be ran and that I needed to pay $85. No diagnostics were ran and I supplied the lug nut that needed to be replaced. I realized after I had already signed the document to agree to the diagnostic that what he charged me $78 plus taxes for would have been done for free at almost any other shop. After searching around for a mechanic that knows what they are doing and able to be honest about it I finally landed at Desi Auto and I'm thankful I did. My issue was undetected by a previous "3rd party" shop and Audi in Cherry Hill. Once Josh and the team got a hold of the car, they delligently dissected the problem and went about fixing it within not only a reasonable price but time as well. In MINI-forum I read good things about Desi. Eventually I took my Mini Cooper in for Transmission replacement and for the electric power steering pump job (failed without warning). My steering became very rigid, so new power steering pump was installed. He is a MINI whisperer, my job was done under budget with warranty including parts and labor. They're transparent and sent me photos of job being done and showed me old parts. They're reliable and always available in emergencies and showed great respect for my time.

After my BMW check light was on, and the factory warranty expired already, I was looking for a local shop which has technology and experience for my M3. Glad that I found Desi on Google page. Josh was patient to explain me what kind of services I should have done base on my 78k mileage.

I'm new customer, referred by a long-time customer. Diana was pleasant to speak to over the phone and Chris was very knowledgeable and accommodating. They specialize in European/German cars and they give you the best possible price for parts and labor. They work with your schedule to have your vehicle back to you on time( I called last Wednesday for an emergency appointment and they fit me in).

In response to your post. You stated I was notified by email and I did not approve on line for tire rotation. I never received correspondence by email nor was I informed I was to expect. I specifically told the intake person when dropping off my car what I wanted with regards to inspection, oil change and tire rotation. He wrote down my request in my presence. Furthermore, the brakes could not have been inspected, the pedal depresses to the floor. The power steering mechanism also must not have been inspected as it is not working well. You provided a receipt at time of pick-up, never was email

Not the greatest in terms of finesse or people skills BUT they did an exceptional job on my 2005 Subaru Forester. I was quoted over $6k to change the transmission (required in order to resolve a front differential issue and on these cars it's all one piece), Desi did the trans, oil change, rack and pinion replacement, brakes and a bunch of other work for less than half of that!! When I dropped off the car it was barely drivable, when I picked it up it drove better than my 2018 Outback :) - ok, not quite but it drives amazingly!!! They are honest - there were a list of items I'd asked

Currently my MINI Clubman has 83k miles and it has several issues. Strong vibration which affects the acceleration, leaks from the water pump and the thermostat housing, loose timing chain started chain rattling. The car has been in a local MINI Dealership two times for the same issues. They actually made my car worse than before and service advisor refused to let me talk with mechanic who fixed my car. Enough! Don't ask me more.
After cyber searching found this MINI specialist shop. Oh my gosh! Shawn was awesome! He listened to everything I asked for and gave me ridiculously low estimate

I had some work done on my 2009 Audi A4. I had my oil changed, my transmission fluid and brake fluid replaced and I had also wanted to get my wheel alignment done for my car but they had informed me that my car didn't need the alignment and that it was fine so that was nice to see a shop that was honest about the work that was needed. In the past when I first purchased my car I used to get quotes on how much it would be to get certain things worked on for my car at the Dealership and it was crazy expensive so it's refreshing to find a car shop that will service my car with repairs at

I live across the street and I read the reviews. I got quotes from other businesses and Goodyear wanted $445.00 for the same repair. All I needed was a camshaft. I have a Nissan 2008 xterra and its 10 years old and never had a major issue. So, the engine light went on and I took it to Desi auto care. I was nervous bringing it to a new repair shop. I brought it here to get it checked almost right away because the check engine light was on. $1600 to repair. A few weeks ago my wife brought my daughters 05 Mini Cooper S in. We were looking for a local shop to work on it without paying dealer service prices. The car had the check engine light on and was showing a P0700 code which comes up as Transmission solenoid assembly is bad. The shop charged us $133.59 for a Diagnostic Fee and told her the transmission was bad and to get rid of the car. I took it to AAMCO to have the trans checked they stated the code could mean different things. After their diagnoses they found a bad wheel speed sensor. After they replace the bad sensor and a few small repairs

Its worst auto care you will ever visit w.r.t prices. I went by the name and their prices are much higher than fire stone and other auto care service centers. Please make sure that you get right price for the right project.
If you get repair done in shops like Firestone - your vehicle price will also increase and get it done for cheaper price as well.
Looks like it has fake reviews as well.

Brought my BMW in for an alternator and battery replacement. Just a couple of weeks later I discover that Desi sold me a defective battery which no longer worked. Came back in and they replaced the battery but provided no explanation or apology whatsoever. Did they not test the battery the first time? Who knows. At least they took me right in when I came back.

Shawn and Sam are the Mechanic/Owners you would want to go to. Shawnn was such a great help. He thoroughly explained what was going on with my car. They are trustworthy, reliable, and helpful! Really great Customer Service!!! Also, the place looks really nice and clean compared to other mechanic shops I have seen. I really recommend this place. I will only be coming here from now on!

I really trust this company, which is hard to do at times with cars! (since i know nothing about them) They made me feel right at home, making sure I understood what they were fixing on my car, and comfortable with it. Desi auto care was affordable as well! Even offering refreshments while you wait for an oil change. Definitely a great experience, and I will be returning.
