Because of the shorter lifespan of our pets, we stress the importance of an annual physical examination. Thorough check-ups and preventive care can help alleviate serious health problems. Our hospital is equipped to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to care for your pets' complete health care needs.
Here are some questions/answers that we are frequently asked. If you have additional questions that aren't covered here, please feel free to give us a call at (419) 946-8456. Spaying or neutering can be done at at least 6 months of age. Your pet is given an exam prior to surgery to help determine whether your pet is healthy enough to undergo the surgical procedure.

I rarely write reviews, but the negligence we experienced at this place is unprecedented. The only reason we switched vets from Oakside (wonderful) to Maple Run (awful) was for convenience, they were closer to our home.
We brought our dog in on 11/15/21 to have a lump on her leg checked out. After a short exam they said it was a mast cell tumor (apparently a pretty aggressive form of cancer) and said it needed to be removed immediately. Lucky for us they had a cancellation the following day (11/16), and given the level of urgency according to the vet, we agreed. We take our girl in for surgery

I have not been satisfied with any of the Dr's my 3 dogs have seen here. None of the staff, including the vets have appeared even interested in them or seem motivated to discuss issues & educate in preventive care. My Scnoodle Arlo has not recovered well from a dental cleaning he received from this vet clinic a week 1/2 ago. I have reported his decline since the cleaning without any interest, suggestions from the vets at the clinic. They have not called me or prompted me to bring him back in to check him. We emergency rushed him down to Columbus to medvet when his breathing became labored

They have been GREAT every time i have been there. Both with our sick boy and our health check exam for our curious stray girl we took in.
Pricing is fair and they discus everything, your options, and the pricing before doing anything so that you are not suprised by an outrageous bill.

We had to put our cat, Alfred, down today. We had taken him here about two weeks beforehand as he wasn't eating his food, and they found out he had liver problems. We tried what we could, but in the end it was his time. The vet was so compassionate, she answered my questions before I even had a chance to ask them. She genuinely cared and gave us as much time as we needed before, during, and after the procedure. Everyone was so nice, they explained exactly what was going to happen so that we could know what to expect. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Our dog has not been feeling well for a couple of days. This was the only clinic that was open and would see us. We only had to wait 10 minutes to be seen by the tech and the Dr. We left 30 minutes later after a very thorough examination and a great explanation, along with medication. We are grateful they saw us on short notice on a Saturday morning. And very thankful for the great and thoughtful care we received.

Five stars all the way! I started coming here 10 years ago when a friend suggested them when I got a new puppy. I took the puppy there for his first visit and then his neutering. All went great. Then a few year later I moved to the Cleveland area and started taking my dog to a local vet with good reviews. They were fine but 3 times as expensive! No joke... For example Maple run charges $10 for an exam. Cleveland bet charges $42.30.... Rabies 3 year at Maple run cost $15 Cleveland vet $21... Vaccine at Maple run $20... Cleveland vet $75. Unbelievable! So why take your pet anywhere else when you
