Always passed by the dentist office. I hada tooth that was bothering called to make an appointment. Went in for my appointment and receptionist was very nice. Sat me down to fill out some paper work. When done waited and few minutes was taken to the back and waited for bit. Just say all the ladies that assisted me were wonderful. I had a great time chatting with the lady who took my teeth xrays. I would recommend this dentist office.

I'm rating 1 star solely on todays visit. I'm a patient of Dr. Chahal for quiet a while now and my wife and I are happy with his quality of service and work. Today unfortunately my lower back crown fell off as I was eating. I immediately called and the reception was extremely nice and told me to come down so Dr can cement it back. I was extremely happy they were able to get me in ASAP. I only get work done by Dr Chacal, but I figured it's just a glue down so I did not care if it was a different Dr. Before Dr. Raui cemented the crown the office manager came in to collect $50 payment. SUSAN/SUZAN, not sure the correct spelling but she is so rude. She even just looks at you with disgust. She looks at you frowning her eyebrows as if you don’t pay for insurance. I don’t work and get insurance through there, i pay for it. So I’d expect to get a better look than that. And it was not her first time neither. She always looks at me like that, and because of her I won’t be going back!!! Dr Chahal, Letty, and a few others are great. Unfortunately they do not outweigh her vibe.

I have had 2 crowns and fillings done at this dentist office. I would've given 4 stars but one of the crowns had a cavity underneath it and they drilled a hole into the crown. After the cavity was filled the dentist tells me it's a temporary filling that need to be replaced by Allure (their other office) but they maxed out my benefits.

Highly recommend American Family Dentistry! They helped me out and worked with me when I was having a hard time personally, all staff members are so friendly and compassionate and the work they do is great! As someone who isn't a fan of hospitals or Dr's or dentists, I can definitely say that I was completely comfortable and trusting of everything they do..

They take way more x-rays then necessary every visit. When I voiced my concern and told them I didn’t want or need this many x-rays they insisted on taking them. My insurance didn’t cover all the x-rays they were insisting I needed and I ended up being charged! I have never had problems with my teeth or even had an cavities… until I came to the dental office. I suddenly had 3 cavities, of which were in the deep part of my molars so I fixed them, but when another dentist at this office told me I had cavities between my teeth I got a second opinion. My new dentist said my teeth have no problems

I’ve haven’t visited dentist in about 3 years because of bad experience but when I came to American dentistry every one there was soo nice dr and assistant made me feel so comfortable and wasn’t scared to come back for second appointment for sure I recommend this place.for sure will be coming back for third appointment

Came here as an emergency appointment initially. Was referred by my sister. Very clean and followed protocol. I've come here 3 times since and every single time I've had a great experience. This place is so amazing! I'm 32 years old, last time I went to the dentist I was 18. I have an incredible fear because of pain as a youngster and they do such a good job making me feel comfortable. My initial treatment plan was for 1 root canal/crown, 16 cavities, some chipping, cosmetic changes. Obviously due to the high cost of all the work I have spread it out over 3 years and they have been so great. I still have fear of pain but the do everything to make me feel comfortable.
They give me numbing injections even for basic things (at my request) just to make sure I feel no pain. Dr constantly

I absolutely loved this place! The staff was immediately accommodating; provided water, Netflix for whatever I wanted to watch. Then they were so courteous and explained everything they were doing. The appointment was scheduled and when I met the doctor I was even more impressed! I usually dread dentists but he was wonderful. He was very attentive to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything to me. His name is Dr. Lanal (I believe that's how it's spent) best dentist I've ever been to. I highly recommend him to everyone

I DO NOT recommend this office to anyone. The staff is very nice with people but they make you wait for ever. I was there for a deep cleaning and fillings. I was there 4hrs and only the cleaning was done but my fillings never got treated. They wanted me to wait another hr after waiting 4hrs. I just got up and left. Save yourself your money and time. This place is a joke. First and last time for me.

Friendly staff. I'm 21 weeks pregnant and they have helped me understand what and what not to do to help protect my teeth. I was unable to have X-rays taken due to being pregnant so the Dentist I saw showed me each of my individual teeth on the TV as he went through my mouth. I told them I grind my teeth heavily at night and I had some chips. He showed me the discoloration between the layers of teeth and recommended a night guard to prevent anymore self damage. My husband and I started going here with a few needs. I was given a treatment plan that I agreed to without all of the information and a surgery was immediately scheduled. The treatment plan was later changed in a fashion that I would not agree with. When I was given the full information (10-12 K that would not be covered by my insurance over a few years time) I chose not to do anymore business with them.
