I always enjoy going to Charles Dental Group! Everyone is happy & very helpful. They always care about me & make sure I know all I need to know. My hygenist, Mary, knows my teeth better than I do. She is gentle as she cleans. Dr. S is awesome! I love to talk about his family & his fishing. They all know what they are doing from the front office, back office, assistants, hygenists, & dentists! I highly recommend using them for all your dental needs!

I am a new patient to Charles Dental, and my introductory visit was great. To start, I was able to fill out all of the patient info and dental insurance forms on-line, before my visit: so much better than rushing them in the waiting room!
On my visit the front office staff was friendly and welcoming, and my appointment was on time - no waiting. Hygienist Nicole was super efficient, and explained everything that she was doing, regarding the x-rays, the perio numbers, and my cleaning. She gave me some tips on oral care, too.
Dr. Salvatierra is very personable. He seems more interested in the functionality

If I could provide a zero I would! Less than six years ago I had a dental bridge put in that cost me $10,000. Recently the dental bridge became loose by no fault of my own.
I scheduled an appointment because I wanted them to remove it, re-cement it and put it back in.
The so-called experts there took a look at it and couldn’t figure out how to do anything. They made a halfhearted attempt to take it out to no avail.
At that point, Their expert explained that there was nothing that he could do except provide me a $10,000 estimate for an entirely new bridge.
So I went to a new dentist, Who took

Dr. Hersh is the best dentist ever! Office is very sanitary Novocain is painless as well as the work she does, and she always makes sure the outcome is what you want. I never go to another dentist . I have been going there for years. She is awesome. The office is clean and sanitized between patients . If you are looking for a great dental office this is it! The staff is real and down to earth with the most caring staff with great dispositions to make sure you are comfortable and well cared for. Never recommending work or over charging when it is not needed. I recommend 1000 times over Thank you
