They do thorough background checks and try to match caregivers appropriately with patients.

Anyone who needs an extra hand to stay safe and healthy in the comfort of their own home can benefit from Home Care Help's services. Loved ones recently discharged from the hospital may need temporary assistance with meal preparation, light housekeeping and incidental transportation. Family members who need medication reminders, supervision and companionship due to cognitive impairment like Dementia/Alzheimer's may also need some ongoing help.
Home Care Help is vendored by the California Department of Developmental Services and its associated Regional Centers as a contracted provider of In-Home Respite Services (862) and Homemaker Services (860) for adults and children with developmental disabilities. In these capacities, we offer intermittent care and support in the home environment for adults and children with developmental disabilities.

Jay Smith, the Client Care Manager, got my message on a Sunday when the hospital decided to discharge our Mom early. He quickly found a wonderful lady to be there when we got her home. All of the caregivers have been so great for her and helped her start her recovery safely and easily. They have all been curtious and helpful. We all give Jay and his crew the highest recommendation.

I am a current employee and can tell you the culture of the company is great. I have learned so much in a little over a year, the training is ongoing. They have flexible schedules, a great referral program and many incentives to make extra cash. Management is very professional and easy to talk to. I'm looking forward to growing with the company.

I've done so much research to find a service for my ailing relative. So many places make promises in quality care but they fail to follow through. I was elated to stumble upon Home Care Help. Jay is very professional and made the on-boarding process for a caregiver, seamless. It is also one of the more affordable options.
