Paint Protection Film (PPF) is a thermoplastic urethane film applied to painted surfaces of a new or used car in order to protect the paint from stone chips, bug splatters, and minor abrasions. Our 3M Pro Series film features a self-healing formula that enables minor scratches to disappear by themselves.
Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), also known as Paintless Dent Removal, is an environmentally-friendly repair method. The process restores a vehicle's body to factory-like condition in a fraction of the time at a fraction of the cost and without having to paint your car. PDR can be used to remove dings and dents from vehicles, as well as body creases and hail damage.
Mike and Tom knew they were uniquely qualified to help preserve your long-term assets - automobiles, bikes, boats, and RVs - but they didn't know that their expertise would qualify to detail a museum gem like the original Air Force One. The quote I was given from my consultation and when I arrived for my appointment were vastly different (~$200 difference). This was pretty disappointing and made the consultation a complete waste of time. In the end they did a good job on the exterior of my car, however I did pay for the heavy clean, and they did not clean the wheels at all.

First of all, They didn’t charge me any cent and offered to come another day to finish detailing.
I had "heavy" interior cleaning. Looked like they just vacuumed and a bit wipe down.
I left the car for 24 hours and on the next day saw still dirty seats and steering wheel. Some spots were all over the interior and trunk too.
Friendly manager but service is poor.

Bought the most expensive detailing services (both interior and exterior) for my sons new (used) tint Fiat 500. It wasn't really that dirty to begin with. We had it in twice as I think the first time they didn't even clean the inside (not even vacuuming under the mats) and the outside was still dirty when you opened the doors. We put it in a second time (to complete all the stuff they missed - another three days in the shop) and still areas missed. For a total of $380+ I'm kind of disappointed. Not worth the price , will not return. Got the mid interior and mid exterior which was over $300. Had to ask the person to vacuum sections are as they clearly were not cleaned. Dirt still visible on the outside of the car with smudges and strikes. Car didn't even smell clean! Attention to detail was not there for the price paid. Go elsewhere. Not worth the money!

Our car had a thick, goopy paint like substance that dripped from the cement onto our car. It had been a few months and honestly it looked ugly but I've been too busy to get to it. Finally we had some time last week, and took our car in for a 15 minute consultation to see if they could get it off, since we tried a car wash and it didn't work. The guy was nice who looked at our car and talked to us, but he identified what was wrong in like 2 seconds and said the gunk was so hard to get off it would take up to 2 days and $1600! I was absolutely in shock. It was in 2 places, mostly on top

Car was clean but was over 24hours late. I was not told my car wasn't complete until after i arrived at the shop. Had to come back the next morning and it still wasn't done nor was it communicated to me again. I wasn't able to pick it up until late that evening. Won't come here again and cancelled the appointment to our other car.

I brought my car in to be detailed on Thursday morning and it was done by Friday evening! I have never had a car detailed before and after 3 years of owning it & 2 little sisters who tend to create messes everywhere they go, it was definitely time!
The technician I originally met with (can't remember his name) was super nice, professional and helpful! He inspected the inside and outside of my car and gave suggestions. I went with the level 3 interior and level 1 exterior cleaning. For a small car came to a total of $275.

I don't know how good they are at the detailing work but not a good experience with getting an appointment.
First it's difficult to get hold of someone on the phone.
They asked me to come in on 26th June to get a quote on ceramic pro after inspection of my car.
Seemed pretty reasonable with the quote, booked for 1st week August for silver pkg, I don't remember the exact date. There has been no communication from their end for the same, so called in a few times to check on which exact day is it scheduled, no proper response! They usually just put me on hold and forget about it, no callback! Probably

Well I came in for a detail, when I dropped my car off we went around the car and ended up with an estimate of $400
They said it was $75 for the scratch removal. I had one 6" long scratch and their was some minor abrasions!
On my way back home she called me to tell me oh " I forgot to tell you to do the VIP you have to do the deep clean which is another $50"
When I come to pickup my car they hand me an $880 bill, they said no it was $75 per scratch) they found 7 and gave me a discount. Then they said if I Do the VIP monthly $100 program they'd give me 20% off but I would

To start their efficiency is outstanding. Usually I need to be detailed in my requests but with these guys it seemed to be standard. Aaron was very attentive and gave sincere effort and care in detailing my car and to top it off he's the one that runs the shop. To see him lead by example shows me why I got the results I received. The customer service is remarkable and I honestly say after this first experience, not only am I coming back but I gained a new friend as well. Highly recommended!

My 2013 VW Eos was a mess after sitting for weeks during the Covid shutdown, and I learned I had a leak which resulted in mold & mildew throughout the interior. They did an amazing job, great customer service. It was easy to schedule and I REALLY appreciate that they are up front with their pricing on their website so I had no surprises.

First time coming here to get my car detailed and very pleased with the service and timeliness (overnight turnaround). I did a consultation appointment prior to my detailing and it was so helpful to get my car inspected. I was able to get a great discount on the mid interior and exterior from Groupon and would recommend it for anyone. I've now used the Mr. Detail Ballard location 3 times and have had great experiences each time. The latest one was to get one of my windows tinted after my car was broken into. They were able to match the tint perfectly to the other windows that had been done 10 years ago and at a very reasonable cost.
I have also had full exterior and interior detail services done with them as well and they do top quality work. On the exterior detail they were able to wet sand out a long key scratch that someone had left on my hood. In addition, the staff are all very friendly and professional.

I am completely satisfied with the service I received at Mr. Detail in Ballard. I recently purchased a new car and was concerned about whether it was too soon to have it clay barred and waxed.
