Car Washing - Our car washing service is not your typical run of the mill car wash.
Replace Waxing with Semi Permanent, clear, nano-crystalline coating that protects your vehicle from weather, chemicals, and UV rays while repelling water, dirt and other contaminants. Ceramic Coating applies a hard (7H-9H), durable coating that is 2-3 micron thick and imparts a deep, reflective shine.
If you need something specific you can add any of the following services to your package or have us perform them alone. Service Time Required: 1/2 - 1 hour depending on size and pre-existing condition of vehicle. Pet hair or excessive interior conditions are subject to additional fee or will be recommended different service level.

I brought my 2008 Carrera to Mutual Detail last week for its first complete detail since purchasing the car used last Fall. I am extremely happy I took a shot in the dark with this place. The work was high-end in every sense, yet I ended up spending close to half of what I was being quoted at a couple of other shops. Thank you Jason and Teresa!

I gotta give these guys some love. I took my Honda Fit on a journey from Chicago to Seattle, during which time it accumulated tons of dog hair, snack crumbles, and just general grime and grossness. I got the interior detail and express wash combo, and was amazed when I picked up the car. No. Hair. Anywhere! Feels like a new car and I feel like a person who has their life together again. Add to that relatively reasonable pricing and friendly service, and I'll most certainly be back.

I may be biased, because this business is in my normal parking garage, but these folks are great. I have a four year who tends to get more food in on my seat and the floor than she does in her mouth - these guys make me feel like I have new car. They're a little pricey (what good detail place isn't?), but worth every penny.

Just a note that my kids spilled milk in our car and we didn't realize it until it completely stank up the entire car. We had been quoted $99 at another shop to get the seats shampooed, but my husband took it here and for $19 everything is taken care of and we can drive without having to have the windows open in February! A great value for a decent job - best deal in the city as far as I can tell.
I do think you get a better job when you come during the week - weekends can be a little less good quality wise.

I'm giving them 2 stars because for the most part, my car looked great. Their customer service however and their ethics = 0 stars! I came in for the mini detail ($125.00). I expect for a $125.00 car wash, that my car is going to look really great - especially since it's not even 2 years old and I maintain it really well. When I arrived to pick it up at the end of the day, the girl that works there told me that she vacuumed AROUND the stuff in my trunk. This is a long-standing family owned business. Today, they detailed my 2007 Toyota 4-Runner and did an excellent job. Dropping it off at a downtown office building was easy enough as was the late afternoon pick-up. Once they finished, the car looked brand new inside and out, and my wanderlust for looking at new cars has been nicely quieted.

Working downtown, Mutual Detail was very convenient for me- parking is validated, and dropping off your car is easy.
This is a small, two-person operation and the customer service is fantastic- scheduling was a breeze via their website, and I was able to get my car in the very next day. I have a 3 year old Outback, and I couldn't believe it was the same car- small scratches from parking on the street and in tight parking garages were now invisible, the paint and windows shone, the inside of the vehicle was immaculate, and all without that persistent, harsh chemical smell!

Don't take your car here--it will just give you a headache. I purchased an Amazon Local deal for half off a detail. And I can now see why they had to do an Amazon Local deal to get business. First of all, they would not communicate with me by phone, which is so much easier when you are trying to schedule an appointment and ask a bunch of questions. Then I had to schedule my appointment like a month in advance. The appointment confirmation was FULL of details, stipulations and rules that I had to follow in order to do business with them. I'm glad to have such a fantastic detailing place downtown near my office. They allow you to drop it off in the early am (or earlier if you want to use their drop box) and pick it up at the end of the work day. Driving to downtown on a weekday was not fun but the service I received made it totally worth it.

Excited to see an online deal for an eco-friendly steam auto detailing service. The price of the coupon was $90, then after tax and tip, was still a sufficient amount of money...
And though generally clean, and without that chemical smell, it seemed to be done quickly, not meticulous - something I expect to get when I get my car detailed.

These guys did an amazing job. Teresa somehow got me in at the last minute so my car could get snazzed up before an event. They cleaned up some surface scrapes and scratches so they are barely noticeable now. The interior and exterior were immaculate and gleaming from bumper to bumper. And you can't beat the convenience of having your car detailed in your office building. LOVE Mutual Detail.

Would definitely go back again. This was my second time trying to get my car detailed through a deal promo, the first time was with another company who would never pick up the phone and required all appointments be done via phone, which they never answered. Needless to say, I never heard back and asked for a refund. (I suspect it was their first time running a promo and was overwhelmed by the response).

These guys did a great job detailing my mom's car. She lives in Idaho so needless to say the wear and tear both in and out of her car needed attention. I was pretty impressed with the amount of dirt and grime they removed from the cracks and creases of her carpet and seats. The paint looked nearly new when they were done. The treatment they did made the car shine and sparkle like new! Highly Recommend if you live in Seattle and need your car detailed.

Top notch. I just used Mutual Detail through a deal I bought on Amazon Local. I got the $75 Interior package because my Mini Cooper needed some love desperately. I have a dalmatian / border collie with white hair that had taken its toll on my black interior. I called up and made an appointment, which was a week out because they were booked up... figured this was a good sign. Their service was excellent. I did have to pay an extra 29.99 for taxes and the excess dog hair because it was a lot of work to take care of that (which was totally understandable.) Overall I am totally impressed and would

Took my dirty car to Mutual Detail and dropped it off for the day. Paid for the Express Exterior Wash. Got my car back and it looked good until I paid closer attention. When I got on the freeway, I noticed that they hadn't dried my side-view mirrors and they were covered in dried water spots. Ok..I'll give them a break. Got home and noticed there was a streak down the middle of the hood...Ok..no big deal. A day later I happened to look at the rims and noticed that they had been cleaned only on one side...as if they only wiped the top side where you can see the rims. As I looked

I think they did a good job, but not a great job. This was the first car detailing I'd ever had done, and I'm just not sure it was worth it. Considering that the interior of the car was already in good shape (no stains on the seats/rugs), I would have expected them to spend more time really working on the little details to make the car look perfect (I did notice a rim of dirt around the inside of the cup holder after my car was done).

We have an 8 year old Subaru Impreza that hasn't been properly cleaned inside, ever, since we bought it new. It's a hard-working car that regularly goes camping, skiing, hiking and usually has a small dog running around in the back seat. It was quite, quite dirty.

I am in the process of selling my beloved car, and needed it detailed for sale. I bought one of the super coupons here on yelp ($150 credit for $100). Although I could have gone cheaper since I am selling it, I decided to go for the gusto and get the signature service.
I was clear before I even bought the coupon that they would clean out all the spots on the exterior, and most of it was clean, however when I got home noticed they did not fully clean the hatchback trunk lid area near the hinges; a substantial amount of green build up was still present.

My babe knows how much I loves my '97 black Tacoma. I'm the kind of fella who likes to wash and wax my truck myself because I simply don't trust anyone else doing it. Ok - I finally got my car in today using the Amazon Locals deal I'd purchased for their Super Interior Detail. I honestly didn't really look over carefully what was included, but I figured whatever I was getting was going to make the car look better, so I was excited. However, I was in no way prepared for how much of a difference a detailing service would make to this vehicle! I have a 2005 Grand Prix GT, which gets ridden hard and put away wet most days. I have an 11 month old, run 2 businesses, and love road trips, so there wasn't an inch of this vehicle that wasn't muddy
