I called to request a quote on a new unit. Mike the salesman, came out and wrote up an estimate.
We had a few questions about changing the duct work for the difference in tons. Bruce came out to inspect the ducts and stated that he would know more when he took the unit out.
They came in with the lowest quote out of four. When called to let them know that we wanted them to do the work. They told us we needed to pay in CASH!!! I told them I would be willing to pay via check, credit card, cashier's check but definitely not cash.

Bruce responded almost immediately. When I was ready to schedule he was at my home within 30 minutes. After assessing our situation he let us know everything that needed to be do e eventually but assisted us with the most important to het us cool again. The most polite guy I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. So much so I asked for a quote quote to replace our units. He was a life saver getting us more comfortable in the interim so quickly before the heatwave started!
