Grady didn’t turn in a form that entitled me to $3k in repair reductions. Instead I found out on signing day it wasn’t done and he was out and they didn’t know when he would be back. I ended up with only his office manager Tina available, and she mishandled the situation completely and made it worse. I ended up without the credit. The next day Grady emailed me to blame me for not doing the correct thing when he hadn’t been there to tell me what to do. Please do your research. This man will tell you to trust him, then ignore you and botch his end of the deal, then blame you for it. When

Oh my God... These people are So professional. From the first call to their office to the last hand shake when we met with them.
I felt like a family member immediately. We are staring the process of looking for a home. We had No idea of where to start with VA programs and grants. Mr Grady is an expert in the field of helping Veterans. U could feel the smile in his voice over the phone when he says he Loves helping Veterans. In person its even more heart felt.
