For over twenty-five years, I have helped people with their real estate development needs. I have worked with individuals and investors to acquire, permit and develop over 1,000 acres of property in King County and over 1,000 more across Washington. My grandfather started hauling dirt around the Kent Valley in the 1940's with two horses and a flatbed wagon and that started the family construction business.

Had the pleasure of working with Jeff on the successful acquisition of land. To say the least Jeff is a very timely and diligent professional and has many resources to call upon for feasibility purposes. Jeff helped sell our house and search for a new place to live. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He had great questions for us as we looked for property. It was wonderful to have him there looking with us, pointing out special features of the houses we viewed. At one point we were thinking of building a house and he stood out in the pouring rain and mud looking at dirt. He is very friendly and he kept us updated on the sell of our house as we went through the process. I would recommend him! Thanks Jeff!!!!

I've got to say, I was frustrated and upset with the county permit process. I didnt have the guidance I needed until Jeff was recommended to us to help assist in our project. Jeff is one if the most respectful and helpful people i have ever met. He is definitely an asset to our build project and we wouldn't have been able to progress forward without him. Theres no reason to cause yourself a headache. Call Jeff!!! He is AMAZING!!!

Jeff was very professional and responsive in securing the property purchase that we pursued. He was very helpful in purchasing the property below asking price and extending the feasibility time on two occasions while surveys and perk tests were being preformed. Also, he negotiated with the seller to pay half the aforementioned services.
