Do you offer staff daycare for children? Was told by someone who works there that the head nurse brings her child to work with her and the other nurses take turns babysitting the child. I know some people currently looking for work. Daycare is a concern. If they could work here the daycare program would be wonderful for them

Absolutely love Demaree Crossing!!! I have a family member that was in need of long term memory care. We toured and talked with multiple facilities in the Indianapolis/Greenwood area. None of them had the same look or feel that Demaree has. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted right away. We were given a tour of not only the memory care, but the entire facility. We were introduced to staff & even some residents. The entire building has a warn, friendly, inviting, and family feel.

I have had the privilege of working collaboratively with Demareee Crossing as a community partner since opening. It is an gorgeous community conveniently located just off of 135; close to all of the local shopping and restaurants that Greenwood has to offer, but unique in that it is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood away from the noise and traffic. It always makes me smile seeing residents rocking on the front porch enjoying the peace and quiet when I visit the building. Feels like a home! I love working at Demaree Crossing! It is very important for me to enjoy my work and be part of a strong team. The staff at this community is top notch and really cares for our residents and families. We are not perfect, but work very hard every day to give our residents and employees the best experience possible and strive to get better. I highly recommend Demaree Crossing not only as a place to work, but also for a family who is looking for a caring environment for their loved one.
