This place is far greater than where my grandmother was previously. The building is always clean and orderly. The staff usually smile and are polite but you can tell with some of them they’re overworked or not into the job anymore. The only issue we’ve had so far, other than food issues, is they’re nice until you bring a problem to them they don’t seem to want to deal with unless it’s on their terms. Items missing in rooms from residents doesn’t seem to be a big concern as “the home will reimburse whatever has gone missing.” Unfortunately, I feel some workers and “managers”

We have been very happy with the care my father in law has received at Avon health and rehab. He was not in very good shape health wise when he came into the facility. We made a good choice by selecting Avon health and rehab as our father in laws new home almost 2 years ago and because of the care he receives there, we believe he is still alive. Thank you for loving him like you do! The facility is clean and the rooms are newly remodeled. Very nice!!!

My wife was placed here at Avon Health & Rehab this past fall recovering from COVID-19. Therapy was exceptional and nursing and aids were quick to respond to her needs. The room was nice and large with lots of sunshine and privacy when needed. I would recommend anyone needing to recover from an illness to look into Avon Health & Rehab. Erik

After 4.5 years at The Village of Avon/Avon Health and Rehabilitation, I can comfortably give a 5 star review to this amazing facility. The staff, residents, and family members make this facility a one-of-a-kind place to live or work. A few of my favorite things include cleanliness/attention to detail, the peaceful/private location, longevity within the management team and floor staff, and the full continuum of care services that have helped hundreds of seniors live with quality.

Best company around hands down! I have worked for many different nursing facilities and the staff here is absolutely amazing. Even during COVID they did whatever they could to keep the residents as safe and happy as they possibly could. My mother came here for rehab after breaking her hip and without the staff and therapists here she wouldn't be able to walk today! They were all wonderful. They truly care about the staff and residents at Avon Health & Rehab. I would recommend this facility to anyone!
