I highly recommend Honda Marysville, especially compared to all other Columbus Honda dealerships. I attempted to start the buying process at 2 other dealerships and had such negative experiences, that I decided to drive 40 minutes to the Marysville dealership, and had such a positive experience. My husband and I purchased a car from Ben 2 months ago, he did everything he could to make sure we left with the best deal , as we had issues getting a vehicle at other dealerships. We have worked twice with Jamie and Honda Marysville in the past 6 months. The most recent is our 15th car purchase. Honda in general is awesome for the car buying experience compared to other brands. And of all the dealers we have worked with ,Jamie and Honda Marysville have set the standard by far. Super easy to work with - they provide exactly the information I need in a timely fashion, and most importantly, when I ask for an "out-the-door price" there are no sudden increases at paper work signing. Jay Thompson, Product Specialist, helped me thru the entire buying process and we never met. I had found the car I wanted online at several dealerships along the East Coast and Mid-Atlantic area., but Jay and Honda Marysville were the best to deal with. We arrived on 'pickup Wednesday' at 1pm from our 185 miles drive from our home. Gordon helped is for Jay (his day off) and Wes took care of the paperwork. We were out by 4. Smooth dealings. To top it off, when Jay returned, he found another key FOB for our car and mailed it to us. Great customer service ... and experience.

Todd Francis is a wonderful salesman who my family and I have worked with several times in the past. Todd worked hard to get the truck I was interested in through service and detail so that I could come and see it. Honda Marysville was the most positive car dealer experience I have ever had! Seriously every member of the staff treated me with respect and acted with integrity. Its what I hope for at every dealership given the $40,000 investment I was looking to make. Where others failed Honda Marysville delivered.
Car shopping during COVID has been rough. Some dealers have tried to slide in $1500 market adjustments. Some have quoted my trade in high online and then low-balled me in person. Others have just tried to bully me into protection plans to up their commission. I have walked away from several dealers

Worst dealership I had to deal with ever. Twice I went to them despite my better judgment and twice they confirmed how bad quality of service there is here. First time I went there to look at Mustang they had for sale, took it for a test drive and came back scared for my life. Car had almost no brakes and there was some suspension rattle coming from the rear wheels. Even then I was willing to buy it of they drop the price a bit to offset for coming repairs. Representatives there could not care less that vehicle didn't have any brakes and didn't want to hear about any discounts or anything. I hope

Daric made the entire experience fun and non-stressful. He ever made me feel pressured and answered every question I had. Every time I have come here for a service, I made an appointment and it took way longer than it should have. I'm talking like hours and hours. They tell you it will take one hour and then it's 3 hours later and you're still sitting there in the little lobby. The people seem nice but it's ridiculous that an oil change is taking over 2 hours and I had an appointment. I would not recommend this place to anyone that needs service on their car, go somewhere local or go literally anywhere else, I bet it'll be quicker! I will not be returning ever. Fix your wait times or update

I leased a 2019 Black edition Ridgeline from Marysville Honda. I loved the truck. The 2021's came out and I really liked the white black edition with the HPD package and was interested in trading, and Marysville Honda had sent me a letter that I was eligible for early lease termination. I went in on a Saturday morning, and met with a sales rep about trading in and buying a new truck, as they had excellent financing rates at that time of 0.9%. I've always heard people say to go to the Marysville Honda location because it's the best one.

I've been here a couple of times. Their service and employees are a lot better than some of the other locations I've been to. I recently came here to sell my Honda and purchase a new one. Evan in the used car sales department got me taken care of and gave me an estimate for my Honda. He was super nice and personable.

My brother and I got in contact with a sales rep to buy a new Honda Accord. That process was a nightmare. I will not name names, but the sales rep was horrible at responding

Fred the sales person was great and easy to work with. However when it got back to the finance department some finance guy named Cory added on a warranty and it increased not only our APR by a point, but also added a year to the loan. My wife went in thinking she was signing 60 month at 1.9% and it was changed to 72 month with 2.9% without pointing out the change. He just pointed out where to sign. They would not work with us to fix this problem. I was planning on trading in my Jeep for a Ridgeline here but not now.

Honestly the only reason why the rating is higher is because of the sales guy I received. Matthew Harbold is one of the NICEST and most HONEST guys I have met throughout a car buying experience. I needed a used car to help out a family member and ended up keeping the car for myself. Good but also bad decision. The horn ended up going out which I'm having to go back(this is my second time getting the horn replaced in my car idk what you service guys are doing but it ain't right). You guys need to be more attentive as your customers we want to be able to say yay,this is the place I got

Buyer beware!They sell used for almost what you can get a new one for.Know what the cars worth and what internet price you can get a new one for.Take notice of overall price of both you might be better off buying new

This is a 5-Star review for the Service Center at Honda Marysville. I did buy a brand new 2018 Honda Civic here almost two years ago now, but what I really want to point out is that Service Center experience I had.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotate with them and on the day I took my car in, I pulled right into the shop and Xavier came over to greet me and get the process started. He told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour and I expected that. He came back about 35 minutes later and said they are finishing up and that he will be right back with the paper work. I scheduled an appointment to get new tires and an oil change. I have been here 4.5 hours still waiting. I have seen numerous customers without an appointment drive through get an oil change and tire rotation in and out in 45min. The service team didn't have a status on my car and their excuse for poor service was that they were a little behind and that customers who drive up without an appointment were there for express service. Why would I schedule to have work done on my car if customers who don't have an appointment get priority over customers with an appointment?

DO NOT EVER GO TO Honda of Marysville They abused my time and I want to make sure no one goes through this again.

We had everything figured out via phone and email. I was told to come in because they were 100% able to make it happen. After already running my credit report, they told me the exact payment amount I was looking for was approved and to come sign for the car.

I spent 6 hrs going through their process just to be told "we have new management. " please keep in mind this is in a matter of ONE DAY after they told me it was a deal! In other words, their new management backed out
