I would give 0 stars if possible. First car they gave me to test drive looked decent, then I start driving and it starts smoking from under the hood, it was leaking coolant, literally only test drove it for 10 minutes tops, ball joint on the right drivers side was messed up, I could tell when I turned, then I took it back and told them the issues and they looked shocked, tried to offer me 3 other cars to look at, no thank you. The first woman I talked to barely spoke English and when I asked if these cars were serviced and looked at before being sold her response was "you want to test drive?" Couldn

Trust the reviews. If you're not a mechanic you should not be purchasing a vehicle from this place. All vehicles are mechanic specials or parts only cars. Meaning, the cars need thousands of dollars worth of work or need to be junked. This place needs to be shut down. It's a public nuisance.

If you buy a car here after reading the reviews, you will regret it and you will be out of a car and a lot of money. The car will break down guaranteed and you won't get your money back.
But some people seem to not believe when you do wrong, wrong will come back to you in some way shape or form. Be careful who you mess with. Because everybody is not playing.

Bought a vehicle here few months ago, have been calling to talk to my salesman since then to let him know what is wrong with the car and everyone continues to tell me he's not currently working here and they don't know when he's going to be back. So I called yesterday to find out who I can talk to about trading out of the vehicle trading up or doing something about the situation and they tell me to come in today and talk to their sales manager Raymond. So I came in this morning to talk to Raymond and of course he wasn't here and no one chose to tell me that he doesn't come

Great place to shop for a car! They had over 200 cars I was a little overwhelmed but the sales staff helped me narrow it down and I’m extremely happy with my choice. Prices were very reasonable. Staff was very nice & helpful. They are amazing when it comes to working with you so if you need a car ASAP, here is your place to go!

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! THIS IS YOU SIGN. DO NOT BUY. It's only been a week and my 14k car will not start. They will schedule you an appointment with their mechanic in about 3 weeks. Clearly they just buy from the auction and will sell you a nice looking lemon. DO NOT BUY! Within a week i had to take my car to get fixed by my mechanic TWICE. I can not wait 3 weeks. I have a job. Also i now know someone whose car caught fire 🔥 under the hood after 3 weeks and that car is for sale online. Looks good on the outside though. DO NOT BUY! PLEASE TRUST THESE REVIEWS. By the way they are not BBB accredited

The Good: There seems to be plenty of vehicles to shop for. The sales team is friendly and the office is comfortable when discussing numbers. They do not run credit checks and so there is no loan through a bank.
The Bad: No pricing is listed so you cannot window shop. You need to speak to someone which (as expected) takes time. The payment plan is a little odd. Large down payment and then the first 2 months the car payment is doubled (to pay tax and title). Then, you need to make bi-weekly payments to pay off the vehicle in 2 - 2.5 years. This arrangement is not terrible if the price of the vehicles

The staff and establishment are really nice and all but the 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo I bought on 12/02/17 from them didn't even make it to the highway 3 miles away before the transmission downshifted into 2nd gear and wouldn't shift back into 3rd gear until the Jeep was shut off and cooled down. We turned around immediately and took it back to the lot so the manager could test drive it himself only to have our salesman Kal tell us that all sales are final when a vehicle leaves the lot.

Bought my 2nd car from Kal . He is so great in helping me find the right car . I wanted a Honda for him as thats what I bought my other son for his first car from Kal as well and had 1 little issue with the tire pressure light staying on but they took care of it fast and quick . The honda accord we just got Kal found me a 1 Owner accord with 150,000 miles on it in my price range . I want to thank Kal and Kellie Auto for the help .
