Greg and Cathy Meadows established Meadows Funeral Home in 1978 as a small facility with a single viewing room, a small lobby, and office. Through the years, it has grown in both size and services offered to the community, but its mission has remained the same: provide compassionate and professional funeral services that honor lives well lived.

I can’t adequately express my gratitude and thanks to Meadows Funeral Home. They took care of everything. Didn’t miss a single detail. In such a devastating loss, we were treated with such loving care. They showed genuine concern for our family. They were so professional and kind. So amazing to work with. It seems odd to review a funeral home. However, I think that this could also be one of the most valuable reviews for people. I lost my mother in October of 2016 very unexpectedly. I was recommended Meadows by a family friend. The whole process was as easy as it could be. Everyone there was incredibly helpful. I felt as though I was truly listened to and that my needs were met. When my pastor was ill and unable to officiate, they got me in touch with Mr. Gross who did a lovely job. I honestly can't say enough good things about everyone at Meadows. WE HAD OUR MOTHERS SERVICE THERE. WE HAD TO TRAVEL TO 2 AREA'S OF GA AND BURIAL IN ALABAMA. WHICH INCLUDED USING 3 FUNERAL HOMES. DEALING WITH ALL 3,BY FAR MEADOWS SHOWED THE MOST COMPASSION,RESPECT AND CARE FOR THE FAMILY AND OUR MOM.BY FAR THEY ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST.I STATE THIS AS MY UNCLE OWNS 4 FUNERAL HOMES (HE IS OUT OF COUNTRY,THEREFORE COULD NOT USE HIM) MY UNCLE WAS IN AWE AT THE RESPECT,CARE AND DEVOTION MEADOWS GAVE TO US ESPECIALLY IN TODAYS WORLD
