Highly recommend Samson Garage Doors! Always like to support local companies and this one is great. Our garage door opener finally bit the dust; it came with the house when we moved in 27 years ago. When the technician came to look at it he said, "I've never seen one like this and its over 50 years old"; while taking pictures. Ordered a new garage door with opener. During Christmas week (Dec 23rd to be exact), the handle & lock mechanism on the front door literally fell apart. Remember seeing on their website that they provided Locksmith services. Called and they came out the same day. Very responsive

I’m glad that I found Samson Garage Doors online, after unsuccessfully calling and searching for the original installer of my garage door and opener. They are a family owned, local business that came out the next day to address my issues. It turns out that I just needed some routine maintenance, and I wasn’t told that I needed anything additional or unnecessary.

Very professional and easy to work with. Did a great job and we are very happy with our new garage door. It did take about 2 weeks longer to come in that we expected but it was no big deal. It was worth the wait. We previously had a terrible experience trying to get one from a local big home improvement store so we appreciate that the installation was not subcontracted out. Very pleased.
