Dunn Garage Doors was founded in 1969 by Edwin A. Dunn Sr. Richard J. Dunn took over his father's business in 1992 and in 1998 incorporated to Dunn Garage Doors, Inc. We have been involved with most of the new housing since then in the surrounding counties. Past projects include The Treesdale Golf Community where we installed garage doors and electric openers for four of the major custom homebuilders.
We have also played a major role in other prominent developements all over the Pittsburgh area such as Nevillewood, Diamond Run, The Villa and Hickory Heights. Today our business consists of seventy five percent homeowner replacement work and twenty five percent new construction. Rich, Vince and Alex handle all facets of the business from sales to installations.

Rich is such an outstanding business owner. Once again he came through for my family and was timely and extremely generous. And no this wasn’t the first time that he has went above and beyond, more than any business owners do these days. He helped keep our old doors as long as possible and installed two brand new ones. Dunn Garage Doors took care of a broken spring in record time (from my perspective) 45 minutes in and out. Garage Door works better than it did new! Price was amazing. We'll be recommending them in the neighborhood since I expect other springs will be snapping as most homes were built around the same time...
