The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Yi! She made our move in process as smooth as possible and you can tell she genuinely wants to help the residents.
The property itself is clean and in good repair. I also see a few reviews mentioning loud/rude neighbors, but we haven't had any issues thus far. So far, we definitely feel like we made the right decision moving here.

Hi my name is Scott, I think I was the third person to move in the building while it was brand new. It’s a beautiful place to live I love my apartment. I have a traumatic brain injury, and it’s very hard for me to work with computers and stuff like that. Yi and Karolina are the best managers we ever had here. They know that I have a disability and they always work with me, helping me with my iPad and teaching me new skills. Also they are always available for me. If I have any problems they help me solve the problem. I am very grateful to have them in my life.

This apartment complex is horrible to live in. The walls and floor are so paper thin that you can hear the neighbors sneeze. The stairs are always dirty. The balcony was never cleaned when we moved in. The “central air” is so noisy you cant even hear the Tv. The leasing office is never available to speak about issues we are having. Then on top of all of that, you can never have visitors over at 5pm or any time because there is never parking outside. If they do park anywhere with other vehicles that are on the premises their car gets towed with no warning. You can never contact the office by

I have been living here for almost a month and so far I can say I do not have any complaints. We had an issue with the bathroom sink and maintenance came to replace the faucet and they were very friendly. Yi in the leasing office is very friendly and always responds to any questions or concerns I have in a timely manner. Parking can be difficult for visitors after a certain time but it is not something that bothers me. Overall my experience so far has been a good one and I am enjoying my time living here! It is definitely a plus that they are dog friendly!! My dogs enjoy going for their walks and

I have really enjoyed living at the Station for the past six months! Margaret was a huge help when I first moved in, which was very much appreciated! They do a great job of keeping the area clean. The maintenance staff is wonderful and responds within a very timely manner. Overall, the staff is helpful and I feel very comfortable living here. I also love the addition of "food truck Wednesdays"!
