It's been one problem after the other since I started living here in early August. I bought a newly renovated apartment and was due to move in in September, however construction was delayed. The first day I had the apartment the kitchen and bathroom sinks were leaking underneath, several of the kitchen cabinets wouldn't close fully (one still doesn't) and a livingroom window was (and is still) missing a screen. The sinks were repaired quickly and most of the cabinets closed, so I was content. Then the bath tub backed up with a mixture of water and a black residue. Maintenance came and fixed it

Kurt made the process of getting a new apartment very smooth & easy. Would definitely recommend this community ! to anyone looking to rent.

Entire complex gets shoveled but my walkway. Everything turned to ice and yet didn’t even get salted. Terrible maintenance and yet the rent goes up.

Ellen and Kurt are amazing, she helped with any issue I had and made sure they were resolved in a timely matter.

I would not recommend this complex for anyone. For starters, there is a huge pest issue, spiders, water bugs (HUGE) and mice. Although there is a contractor who comes in to "take care" of the issue, the method they use is clearly ineffective. Furthermore, the solicitation for things like internet and other services is quite outrageous considering the individuals soliciting receive their info from the management office onsite; I believe this is not only quite unprofessional but it is also unwelcoming. The laundry facilities are substandard, the machines are always broken and the rooms are usually
