19 North By Froehlich's
Breathtaking floor to ceiling windows, refinished hardwood floors, handmade farm tables, gold charivari chairs, 8' tall chandelier, built-in custom bar, exposed brick and wood beams & private rooms for your bridal party. The building started out as part of the Featherbone Corset Factory, built in the 1910.

The entire space was lined with sewing machines where seamstresses sewed ruffles onto the top of corsets. After the factory closed, the building became Hunerjager Department Store then a pharmacy with a dime store out front. Now, 19 North is a gorgeous 11,000 sqft venue located above Froehlich's charming Kitchen & Pantry restaurant.

Love this place for so many reasons. Recent visit for Noktoberfest in the upstairs venue space which is awesome. Food us always good and staff is friendly. Lots of stuff to buy in the country store.

I've always been told to not judge a book by it's cover. This is a beautiful space and was hoping my dream wedding would have taken place here. However, this venue has been nothing short of a nightmare, from the beginning. And with this nightmare came 19 North taking our money with no services rendered, nor a dream wedding to even occur.
From lack of communication to overall unprofessional and unethical decisions made by the owners, I would highly encourage you to find another venue.

It is interesting that all of the negative reviews of this place get deleted very quickly. My brother and sister in law were married here. Yes, it is a gorgeous venue; however it comes along with a vast amount of problems and issues. Very disappointing. Please think twice before booking at this venue.

This wedding venue and its staff have been the worst experience in our wedding planning endeavors yet. My fiancé and I got engaged in June of 2019 and immediately started looking at venues for 2021.

My fiancé reached out to 19 North's Co-Owner and "Catering Director" Bruce McKamey on July 8th 2019 and received a rental quote of $5900 for the space. Fitting our budget, we arranged to meet with Bruce at the space, on a Sunday, in Three Oaks MI. We brought another couple with us and made the hour and a half drive to Three Oaks on July 28th. Unfortunately, we got stood up. Bruce wasn

This place is a beautiful waste.
Our experience was extremely similar to Doug B.'s. We spent a hellacious year dealing with three different event coordinators, one of which kept zero record of our dealings with Froehlich's (yes, you read that right — zero record of contracts, promises made, deposits made, etc.) so everything we were promised we had to fight for, tooth and nail.
When we finally had enough of emails and phone calls, we drove the 2.5 hours to Froehlich's from Illinois to lay everything out on the table (literally) and get everything sorted out. We brought the requested documents
