As a third-generation building company, we care about our work and the people we work with. Starting as a father-son carpentry team based in Sacramento, Riddio Construction was officially incorporated in 1985. Riddio Construction specialized in finish carpentry, and the artistry and craftsmanship that went into the work were passed down through generations.
Soon, the company moved operations to Sparks, Nevada where we currently have a state-of-the-art showroom so contractors and builders can choose the doors and windows for their projects. While the products may have changed over the years, the service and craftsmanship have stayed the same. Jim Riddiough has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years.

Absolute waste of time! Called and inquired about new doors for a remodel and was told Dale would give me a callback to set an appointment to measure and provide a quote. Two weeks later NO callback so I called and asked if someone was available to assist and was transferred to speak with Dale. After waiting two weeks for a callback that was never received Dale tells me to call Thompson doors, says he's "too busy" to assist with my project. REALLY? WHY WASTE MY TIME AND NOT TELL ME THIS TWO WEEKS AGO!

While I never had any services performed by Riddio, I can say that they made it very difficult for me to spend money there. I was looking for two sets of french doors to replace my sliding patio doors and called Riddio to schedule an appointment for somebody to come out to my house to measure and tell me about what options they have, although I already had a product in mind when I called. I hadn't measured, the receptionist didn't listen when I told her three times that I didn't know what the size of the doors was, I was calling to have somebody come out to measure accurately for
