Palm tree vacation homes were not very organized prior to our arrival. I received booking confirmation then a month later was told booking isn't confirmed until payment. The booking process was confusing and frustrating. The good news is our condo was ready at check in. Things that could be improved :
-having to stop by office in shopping center to check in. Other companies have time sensitive door codes.
-keys were not in lock box they were supposed to be in.
-front door didn't have deadbolt (felt uneasy about that, easy to break in)
-condo needs updating, new paint and carpet
-get rid of

For the second time in a row, it was a great two weeks in Windsor Hills. It was comfortable and located within a short drive to everything we wanted to visit. I'll definitely stay there this year again. The Palm Tree Vacation Homes staff (and associates) contacted us with information about how to get there from Orlando Int. Airport, about the check-in in a timely fashion and sent us a handbook to review before we got there. The guidelines all seemed reasonable and we had no trouble getting in to the gated community or the home.

This is a GREAT SPOT, GREAT LOCATION.. Windsor Hills is a beautiful resort with everything that you need when traveling with the family. It has everything you need to have fun and relax. There is security at the front gate to make sure that everyone is safe and the grounds are beautiful. We have a tree bedroom apartment set up with all of the fixings. Two beautiful bathrooms, , full kitchen with all pans, dishes and utensils, 3 TV's and everything you need to feel at home. Great job to the Palm Tree staff here, you are a well-oiled machine!! I recommend staying here

Rented a condo in January from them and had numerous issues. The heat did not work, the kitchen sink leaked water under the cabinet, bathroom drains were stopped up, and the refrigerator leaked water on food when it went through defrost cycle. They will not get any of these items fixed and only tell me that it was up to the owner and out of their hands. They do not answer their phone and only have an after hours answering machine. DO NOT RENT FROM PALM TREE VACATION HOMES.

I have stayed at this rental home, I had horrible experience with them. Also it is not possible to reach them out of business hours. Here are issue I have faced.
1) As soon as I entered the house I got cleaning supplies smell in my head. I have to leave the apartment open for an hour to get the smell go away still got some smell left. No one can stay in with that smell.
2) I was promised that I will get the bedding, but what I found was, used bedding with lot of hair and spot on it, it was certainly used one.
3) Unreachable, they are unreachable after office hours, there message is to call us
