Dr. Shaw's dream job began with a little white kitten that her family had growing up. The kitten was suffering from ear mites and had to be taken in to see the local veterinarian. The vet came and got Dr. Shaw and took her into the back of the hospital and let her look into the microscope to see the ear mites.

My dog was very sick and went down hill quickly. Dr. Shaw did everything she could for him. When it became obvious that he was suffering and there wasn’t anything else we could do she discussed the options with me. She is very caring and compassionate. I was allowed to hold him while she administered the medication to end his life. I was left alone to mourn him and no one bothered me until I said I was ready for them to take him. While I don’t ever want to go through that again, I can’t think of anyone I’d trust to take care of my fur babies.
