I recently got new car insurance through State Farm and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Melissa answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process. The entire staff was really welcoming and made it a point to make me feel taken care of! 12/10 recommended.

Would highly recommend State Farm and THIS location. The staff was extremely friendly and helped me every step of the way with any issues, and/or concerns I had when I switched over from an insurance carrier that I was with for the past 15 years.
One of the best decisions I made was contacting Mr. Torres and his team with State Farm.

They're too expensive!! They offer you renters insurance for a "discount" which is a rip off!! I had an accident which my car was totalled because the driver was going to fast down a residential street as I was backing out of my driveway. I sent them pictures and my only witness was my neighbor (whom I've known for over 10 yrs) so they would not accept her statement (BS!) after review I was told the accident was 60% his fault and 40% mine which I was ok with. After not hearing from them for over a month I receive a call from them stating that the representative that told me the accident was 60
