Jeremey, Suzette and Sarah walked us through a new granite countertop process. They didn’t bat an eye when we wanted something DRAMATIC like blue granite. The project turned out better than we could have hoped and they even made suggestions to help utilize all the material, incorporating a bath vanity, a window sill and topping a pony wall with the same material. We love the result!

We love our new counter top and the folks at NorthWest Granite and Flooring were absolutely fantastic to work with! Sarah was wonderful and so patient with us as we worked to find the best granite for our kitchen. Best of all, she was always prompt and clear in her communication. The installation crew was kind, funny, professional and their work was awesome. We will definitely use NorthWest Granite and Flooring for our next project. Highly recommend them!

You wouldn't believe me if I told you NW Granite & Flooring is at the epicenter of Marble, Granite, and Floor material selection and Customer Service but it is.
Moving from the Big City to the Island we never expected exemplary service when searching the Island for Countertops for our recently updated 1960's Beach House. We were initially introduced to a jovial character by the name of Jeremy. He was thoroughly interested in our project and looked at our plans and made a cost calculation. This calculation was in line with the others we received but there was something about Jeremy and NW Granite

Tony installed our kitchen back splash and did an amazing job! He was extremely organized and made it a point to give us the options available for spacing of the grout, the different edge pieces, and the caulking options. We were very impressed with his work and he was always on time and very polite. The work was completed in the time allotted, and we are very pleased with the outcome. Jean, the representative we worked with on the phone, was also amazing and helped us with every detail. Thank you Tony and Jean!

Sarah and her team at NorthWest Granite & Flooring were SO great throughout the entire process of upgrading our kitchen & bathroom counters & backsplashes. Communication was great, everything got done in the timeframe we had discussed, and pricing was reasonable. Once we worked out a design plan and gotten an idea of what we liked, Sarah even reached out to see if we liked some new granite slabs they'd gotten in stock even better than the ones we'd originally picked out, and we were able to make the switch. We love the way our countertops, sinks, and tile turned out and would recommend NorthWest
