I needed new flooring for my master and wanted to do business locally so I called Darrow's. From first encounter owner of the business was not clear on her schedule or anything for that matter. I had to interrupt her and ask her to please listen to my needs. Awful communication! But I have to say the installers were awesome and did a

Good communications. Pre-arrival call to notify en route. Showed up when they said they'd show up. Got done before they estimated they'd be done. Courteous throughout the installation. Nathan, Jeremy, other fellows were gentlemen and installed my floor baseboards even though they hadn't initially included that in their initial estimate, but I very much appreciate that. Thanks!

We had a bad seal on one of our toilets upstairs that caused a pretty bad discoloration and bubbling of the vinyl, so we paid a friend to remove the vinyl, baseboards, and a portion of the subfloor. A very small bathroom, not much work at all. When we contacted our original floor installation for the house from a year ago, their reach was just recently cut off. So we called Darrow. Immediately that week, they arrived for inspection and finished quickly. I was happy!
I asked when they could possibly come back to install since they were less than a mile from me, just downtown. Figuratively speaking

I went to darrow's today looking to buy a carpet pad as I already acquired a carpet elsewhere. This seemed to completely baffle the women at darrow's who claimed curtly to be the owner. Once we convinced her that all we needed was a pad she then informed me that it wouldn't fit in my vehicle, when I told her how much square footage of pad I wanted she went into an explanation of how wide it comes and how it needs to be taped together. I ended up leaving without buying anything as the women clearly had no intention to be of service. This was the worst customer service experience I've had and will

We like to shop locally and went to Darrows to purchase our flooring. They did an amazing job and we didn't hesitate when we decided to purchase new flooring for the rest of our house. Jeremy and Nathan are a dynamic duo and work well together and did an outstanding job installing our laminate flooring. They went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect for us. There was a glitch in our order, but Darrows stepped up and made everything right. Thanks Jeremy and Nathan for a job well done!! I would recommend Darrows to anyone looking for new flooring.

In September 2012, Darrow Carpets Inc. installed a laminate tile floor and nylon berber carpet in my Condo. It was completed in a timely manner with good craftsmanship. They took the time for a firm estimate including an inspection that I had adequate sub flooring. My friends and family were happily stunned by the results.
