In order to maintain the highest standards of professional care, we strive for continued academic growth and training, as well as personal and spiritual growth.

When asked by our clients to incorporate spirituality as a part of therapy, we are happy to do so. Our therapists draw upon their professional training and life experiences to address the unique mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational needs of each person. In addition to the specialties highlighted in their profiles, our counselors are well-equipped to serve people with an array of other presenting issues.

Human beings are created to relate to others. Most find themselves in relationships with any number of people, whether family members, friends, spouses, co-workers, or casual acquaintances. While those relationships can be a source of great joy, so often they also cause great distress. Our counselors can help address the dynamics that frequently emerge when relationships become difficult.
Almost all of us will experience some kind of emotional distress in our lifetime. It can result from an argument with a friend, a significant loss, a change in life circumstances, or a chemical imbalance in the brain. Emotional distress can cause serious and long-term consequences if it is not addressed.
