When I moved in the place was in terrible condition. Bugs lining the wall in my son's(2y/o) room, bugs in the cabinets, so much paint was applied to the apartment that it peeled when I hung up anything, the bathroom(every single time), I showered paint would get all over me and on my son when he bathed. I sent the office a notice before I moved in the condition of the apartment and I was told they would do another walk through....which they obviously didn't do. I lived there a year due to my lease. It was stay and pay by the 5th or I was evicted NO MATTER WHAT, and when I tried to plan to leave

I am writing this review as the family member of a former tennant there. This place is not worth the time! It has a horrible roach problem. And then they want to accuse someone of a dirty house being the reason why. I helped clean the place up before anyone came over and they still complained about the cleanliness. Things were constantly breaking down! The stove's burner didn't work and it had been painted in places, the tub was messed up. Leakage from upstairs has caused mold to grow in the closet ceiling. The list goes on and on. Maintenance would never fix anything. Staff members do let themselves

My daughter lived in this apartment complex, the apartment manager had a habit of letting himself into the apartment whenever he wanted without notice. She caught him one day, when he didn't know that she was at home. She took video of the encounter. She moved into a much better complex soon after because she didn't feel safe anymore.

Almost moved here with my wife over a year ago. I'll preface my story by saying that my deposit was returned after the dispute, so I cannot hold that against them.
However, our experience was awful. We inquired about a two bedroom apartment but eventually settled for a one bedroom apartment when the two bedroom wasn't available. Scott was very adamant about getting me in the door. He rushed through the entire process; from the phone calls, the paperwork, etc.
Fast forward to the day we pick up the keys and we ask if we can see the apartment before our move in day the following day. The lady working

I would really give them -100 stars if I could. This place is a dump. Roach infested from day one and management doesn’t spray. The apartment was dirty upon moving in, it hadn’t been cleaned or painted prior so we had to call management to come clean the apartment. The furnace smelled like urine when it was turned on, the linoleum in the kitchen was ripped, light bulbs were burned out, the tub and surround were so old it wouldn’t come clean, and the carpet in the bedroom wasn’t even tacked down so when you vacuumed the carpet pulled up. Do not move here. The landlord is charging me also for carpet. When I moved. Me and others cleaned the apartment ourselves. It smells like smoke, it's roach infested. The maintenance doesn't do anything. You've been warned. Live somewhere else. If u get a little stain on the carpet. You better get ready to pay a ridiculous amount when you move out

This is the worst place I have ever lived in. Everything the so called maintenance people fix is fixed with flex seal. Moved in and it was a filthy place. Was told home would be cleaned and it absolutely was not. I took pictures before I moved in for my records. Hot water smells like sulfur so bad every window has to be opened for the smell to go away. New carpet in the bedroom they said but when you vacuum the carpet comes up with the vacuum it's not tacked down. Every windows leaks so bad. Grossman apartments are the most poorly maintained apartments I have ever lived in! They take weeks to fix anything. Will enter your apartment without permission. And even toe your vehicle while you are on vacation! It is not worth the cheap price to live here!! Unless you enjoy being treated like crap, never being able to get a hold it your landlord, having an air condition that can't keep up with the outside temperature, and having a laundry room that looks like something out of a hotter film. And don't forget you will have to pay to get your carpets professionally cleaned before you move out

Aweful.... Was there less than two months he knocked on my door said I had six complaints be out in twenty four hours or it would be in jail for tresspaassing I ask for my deposit back he said no I was literally kick on the streets with no where to go and never heard of any complaints no warnings no nothing and he kept almost twelve hundred dollars....
