I just want to acknowledge how thrilled I am with the service that Joyce Schneider and Castles By The Beach provided for the sale of my condo in Boca Raton. Joyce was extremely patient, energetic, and thorough with her follow up. She is a total straight shooter and has great relationships with other realtors which really helped with the sale of my condo. I had a high number of days on the market. This was mainly due to the pandemic and my building’s restrictions on showings, and caused some low offers to come in. The easy way out would have been for Joyce to recommend selling at these low numbers
