Such a great experience as soon as I went to the back they started to provide options on how to pay additional fees. They don’t hide these as they continue to add them up as you go through. They are also searching for additional ways to improve your oral health through different elective procedures. This was the first time I’ve paid a fee but it was worth it as I would have felt cheated if I got out of here with only insurance paid fees. I’m hoping I can get back here soon to assist them in their refurbishment project.

As this was a place I use to highly recommend to others, after todays total ordeal I will never be doing that again. 1 young lady working the phones in all 3 of our conversations was extremely short, acted bothered by my questions and would not let me complete a question or statement without cutting me off. I was discussing my past due bill all the way to fixing a problem with my partial that has been that way since I got it. We made an appointment for next week to get the partial taken care of, but then I questioned having to send it out of office as the dentist said he would be able to line it

There are not enough stars above to rate my experience at this dental office. The clinicians and staff of Family Dental Care provide excellent service from the time you walk in the door, go to the clinical area for treatment and Dr. Uy and Jessica (Hygienist) were professional, caring, and able to perform their clinical skills in a stress-free efficient manner. Both of them performed extensive teaching which included explaining the dental exam, oral cancer exam, treatments and diagnostic x-rays which I can safely say I have NEVER experienced with previous dental providers. I am terrified of the dentist... with that being said I have never felt more secure in this office. They understood my fear without judgements and helped with that. I've been treated with care and understanding from every person in the building. My dentist is patient and caring, I love the staff and the patient care I receive from them all. I had broken a tooth off and had a pretty bad infection went and was seen in a walk in clinic to start the process of antibiotics before making an appointment. Without any hesitation or troubles my husband calls and makes me an apt the day he called I was scheduled two hours later ! The staff where do I even start ! Walking in the ladies was so nice, kind, caring, helpful, and explained everything from paperwork as a new client down to the insurance payments and my payment due ! Simply amazing and worry free ! The staff doing the work, oh man well extremely nice, polite, helpful, understanding

I am definitely one of those patients that enjoy going to the dentist so my opinion might be biased but I LOVE this location!!
They’re so pleasant, super helpful and it feels like they genuinely care about you. Everyone, from the front desk to the Hygienist and even the Dentist, are extremely friendly and such a pleasure to be around, they all really seem to enjoy their jobs and it truly feels like I’m visiting Family.
Unless I have to move hours out of town I will never go anywhere else for my Dental needs.

I came here after researching and reading the good reviews, I was NOT disappointed. This office has a staff full of kind, empathetic people - you hear their interactions with other customers and it’s across the board incredible. Dr. Wright is also an absolute gem. I had been waiting to get my wisdom teeth out for over 6 years, mainly due to… being nervous but also just life things.. Went in expecting to pay a 79$ special for a cleaning and exam and left with no cleaning and no xrays or anything. When I was paying I asked if I could have a copy of my xrays and they said no, which was weird because the other dentists I have been to have been able to give me a copy. I think the 79$ special is to trick you to pay more. I left… paying 104$ for an “oral cancer” exam and special toothpaste. The cleaning for my mouth would have been 1500$ so I was unable to get any cleaning. Just strange that they tell you it's 79$ for a new patient exam and cleaning and it turns

The anxiety of going to the dentist is real. I haven't had anything cosmetically done to my teeth in almost 11 years. I almost didn't go this time either but I was even more terrified of losing my front teeth.
It was completely painless.... I panicked for no reason and I never in a million years expected it to look this good. They are so nice and reassuring. They work with you financially and I am so glad I saw this through.
