When my dentist retired, days after I had a tooth emergency and hadn’t even selected a new dentist. I called my husband’s dentist, Dr. Frerichs who got me in and resolved my problem quickly and efficiently even though it was my first visit. This speaks volumes. I’ve been pleased with his staff and appreciate hygienist Trina’s expertise. I appreciate the text reminders of upcoming appointments. They create both a professional as well as personal experience each and every visit.

The office itself is fantastic with modern technology and nice finishes (even has TVs for you to watch while you’re in the chair!). My dental assistant, Trina, took time to explain everything she was doing and each and every aspect of my dental condition. Dr. Jeff is down to earth and takes the time to analyze and explain. Never felt so taken care of at a dentist’s office before. I’ll be telling everyone I can tell to visit Jeffrey Frerichs and his team. Nice people.

Nice Dr. and staff but i went in to get a tooth extracted and he did not do a good job. After an hour sitting in the chair the roots remained in place. I wasnt aware of the roots still in place so i went back still having pain in my mouth and got a tooth on the same side filled. I Called him the very next day stating pain was still as it was and not going down at all so he set up an appointment the end of the week so i can go in. He adjusted the tooth but i was still having the pain. He did not take any additional x-rays to see the cause of the problem. the next day visiting my family I had to
