Simon Krause was a pleasure to work with, as was the finance manager, Paul Ryan. There was never any icky negotiation or pressure. I was offered the fair price based on MSRP and the current market. Simon listened to what I was looking for and knew the product well. It was as simple as choosing which car to drive off the lot. It was certainly the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had, and we'll be returning to this team at Findlay VW for our future car purchases.

I had a service appt set up two weeks in advance. When I arrived, Brandi informed me that I wouldn't be able to have my car serviced until the afternoon even though I had an appt for 9AM. Apparently, some people had called in sick and therefore they were short staffed, which I understand given Covid. What I was upset about was that no one called me before my appt to let me know about the situation so I could decide whether or not I should drive over. She sensed my dismay, and was very apologetic... even though I know it was not her fault. I could see that she was busy on her feet logging everyone

I recently purchased a car with this dealership, Simon was great what isn't great is how they deal with their service department I'm told I can make an appointment then I call and they say It's first come first serve I then go in and they say it's by appointment I do not appreciate it especially when it's a two hour drive from my home and I need to plan it. They need to rethink how they do their service department and work with their customers better.

I towed my VW there about a week before thanksgiving. I had a major leak and we suspected it to be the water pump. After 2 days Bob called said it was the water pump and said it's 1300$. No problem as long as it's fixed. They said I could pick it up the Wednesday before thanksgiving but I ended picking it up Black Friday. When I first got in my car my Check engine light was on ( has never been on before) so we told bob and they took it back and said everything was good it was just a connection that needed to be turned off. Overall the experience is good. I have to drive 90 minutes and made my appointment online but when I got there Brandi let me know that my appointment was too late in the day to complete the transmission part of the 40k service. The online booking should note this. I had to come back again. A vacuum oil leak that was found during service and had to… bring back was supposed to be 2 days but ended up being 3days. Friendly service but not one of the advisers discussed what was done during the service. Again, friendly but need to talk to customer about what was done to the vehicle.

I had a really great experience at this dealership. My car is very new and had a minor battery issue. Nothing major. So I called Findlay VW to see if they could help. Service representative Evelyn helped me over the phone and told me to bring the car in the same day right away. When I arrived at the location Evelyn actually helped me through the entire process. Not only was she friendly she was able to give me top notch service. The wife and I were interested in the new ID4 EV so popped in one day to give one a test drive and Arjay was very informative and helpful during the process.
We have yet to decide as there are many EV's coming into the market in the next 1-2 years, but if we do decide on the ID4, Arjay is the salesman we would be glad to deal with.

I just traded my 2017 Malibu in on a 2021 id4. I was given a very far trade in value for my car and the purchase was smooth thanks to my salesman Billy and the management team. I'm thrilled to have a electric car and look forward to many years of driving.
I did need to return to service because of a nail in the tire. I did not have a appointment but they got me in and out in a timely manner. Hats off to the Findley team!! Great job!!!

Me and my hubby made an appointment for oil change. We came on time and the rep told us it's going to be 10 hours waiting time!!!! She said we'll need to leave the car ... it's an OIL CHANGE - Are you joking?!
We told the rep we have an appointment, we came on time ... she basically told us they don't do appointment for oil change - but guess what, we did it on their website - What's the point to make an appointment???
Such a waste of our time, of course we went and will never come back to a business who doesn't respect their clients time. Wish I could give them zero

From the start Monica helped me from start to finish. I inquired online then she called me within 2 minutes. I told her what I wanted and met her later that day. My bank was closed on weekends so I had to wait 2 days to get my car. Experience was simple cause I paid it out right. 2 things they can work on are: 1) Nobody greeted me the only 2 times I went there, there was one person that stopped by to check on us cause he noticed we were just sitting waiting for someone. The person that checked on us wasn't even our sales person I believe his name was arjay. 2) Since Findlay is the group owner
