The service I received was excellent. I had a fairly pricey repair and my service advisor Rich was very thorough and transparent about what might be the issue as well as what would cause such an issue. There were no surprises. Additionally, with the extended time for the repair, Rich made sure I had a rental car and was not stranded over a weekend. I was very appreciative of his efforts and support to get my Range Rover Evoque back in action.

I had a wonderful experience at Land Rover January 3, 2022. Melissa was my representative and checked in with me on the progress and / or any issues to keep me posted. They did offer me a ride home but I chose to stay and wait. There was plenty of snacks and beverages, outlets to plug in devises, a very clean facility and courtesy, and a car wash. It was a great experience.

Great service here. Brandon McCowan is the BEST. Have taken my Range a few times and he’s helped me everytime. He even helped me once connecting a loose hose that was affecting all my car’s AC system at ease, and he did it so fast, and with lots of professionalism. I admire how people as knowledgeable as him, and his experienced team work. I also appreciate how on point and smooth coming in and out of the offices was with him. Have a 3rd party inspect any used car that you might potentially buy!!!
Since we bought our vehicle form Land Rover LV just a few weeks ago, we have encountered over $15,000 in repairs. In fact, when the car was delivered to us there were multiple items that were neglected and should have addressed during any inspection process.
I would expect more from a dealership that prides itself on selling luxury vehicles.
Don't bother to ask

My Husband I had been searching a Jeep Wrangler for a while. After a few bad experiences with other dealers and sales people we are so thankful we saw a used Jeep at Land Rover. I think often times it is the bad experiences that we are always prone to write about. In this case I have to write about the amazing job that my service advisor Malissa does each and every time I have a visit to the dealership.
I am now on my third Range Rover over the past 5 years and one of the main reasons I continue to purchase with this brand is that Malissa goes above and beyond to ensure the smoothest, most convenient and above all honest experience is delivered each time. Wow! Where do I start! This was the 6th Land Rover dealership I've gotten a Range Rover from and this was by far the best not only Land Rover Dealership, but the best dealership I've EVER dealt with! My salesman MICHAEL SHIFFMAN is an absolute doll! He is Extremely knowledgeable of the Land Rover line up and Wonderful to deal with. My process was quick and seamless! My experience started in February of this year. My longtime sales guy Mike Shiffman was pursuing another venture and referred me to Donny Tackett. I was in the market for the hard to find Land Rover defender and could not find the right truck with a tow package and color.
Ended up ordering and building from Scratch. Donny was awesome throughout and was very low pressure as he was showing me current inventory and test driving before I decided to build. 6 months went by and I completely forgot about the build. Admittedly, didn't think they even ordered it because they never collected a deposit

Bought a car recently and had a good experience. Dealt with Glen and he did a great job explaining everything and making it an easy comfortable process. Had been in once previously and saw Donny that time, who was also very nice. Be aware- they are not high pressure like some dealerships, so you can feel relaxed making your decisions. I also dealt with Rick and Dan (managers), and they are both awesome and helpful as well. Feeling very excited about my new car!
