CONCEPTS-ENTERPRISE provides Architectural Retail Design services to encourage customer engagement and reduce construction as well as operating costs. We work in the NY, Westchester, NJ and CT areas on new construction and renovations of various retail types and our Supermarket Architectural Services are particularly useful for the retail food industry.
Our Residential Architectural Services provide beautiful, practical and economical results for new construction and renovations. We consider real estate value in addition to aesthetics and living space and sometimes our Residential Building Design work can make a silk purse from the sows ear that an existing house often appears to be.
Retail design combined with Architectural services, Store Planning, Interior Design and Construction Management services transformed this supermarket. The sales volume doubled after expanding and renovating it into this up-scaled store. Richard Paroly is the best! Super patient as I kept changing the plans with him over and over again. He figured out how to configure a master bathroom with everything I wanted in a small space with limited choices because of building plumbing constraints. Richard worked closely with my contractor and truly created a wonderful layout for our apartment. It is rare to find a person with such incredible talent who maintains his humility and integrity in today's business world.
