Z.I.Sanchez, with a Master of Architecture degree from Cranbrook Academy of Arts, is a certified Sustainable Building Advisor/ cSBA, and a NY State Code Enforcement Official. An Architect that brings over twenty years of historic preservation, sustainable community planning and affordable housing expertise to the adaptive reuse of our communities andtheir oldest buildings.
Everything you see outside; distant mountains, a beautiful sunset, fields, forests and the animals and people too were created by the Universe. Everything else was created by Us, the Human Race, not by accident but by our intention, whether conscious or not. The motivation that drove our intention was in response to our basic needs; shelter, hunger, social interaction, spiritual uplifting.
