Had a Mass Air Sensor replaced, the next day I called and spoke to mike to just get a simple explanation on why I was charged twice the amount for part! 1st response I get. “Take it somewhere else then” I replied saying I’m not trying to argue just wanted an explanation. Then he hangs up!! Sorry but not sorry shouldn’t be this way having EGO up the gutter for just trying to get a better understanding. Correct me if I’m wrong Terrible Customer SERVICE, No way should an owner go that low! Facts!!

If you are looking for quality repair work at a fair price, Mike's is as good as it gets. I have had work done on more than one occasion and found the pricing to be fair (he does not gouge) and the work thorough and complete. I am a VERY satisfied repeat customer so much that Mike's is now my go to for anything I cannot fix myself.

We were traveling from Chicago IL to Cape Coral FL. Started out on a rainy, windy Sunday morning. Just south of Indy our car broke down. We were towed to Mike's. We went in to see him first thing Monday. He was WONDERFUL. It wasn't an easy fix. They had to figured out what was wrong. They got us back on the road Tuesday morning. Cannot say enough good words about this shop.

Wonderful find for our family of cars. Mike addressed and fixed an A/C issue with a much more succinct approach than the other guys in town wanted. By identifying the true need for the repair, Mike was able to use fewer parts than others recommended and saved us what would have otherwise been a couple of car payments!
