Last week my car had bad battery and check engine light issue happen on our way to Indy. After googling for auto service, we found Lucian's shop. Called them and told them that we will be arriving a little later after their closing time. Not only they accommodate our late arrival, but Lucian was straight to the point, explained the problem, suggested remedial and the cost. Both, Lucian and Ela were friendly. While I was figuring out a ride back to home, they let us use their facility and pampered our kids with candy and stuffed toys. They never tried to rush. Helped with dealing with warranty and

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
My vehicle came in there was only one issue with it. When I left my tires had 2 small holes in them, my hood latch wouldn't work, and the oil was overfilled by a court. When we first got our vehicle back originally it didn't even run. Now we're having issues with it dying. I would steer clear of this shop they are good at excuses.

Lucian IS the best around. STOP taking your vehicle to the STEALERship!! All they do is OVERcharge you first, then UPcharge you for things you don't need. I've seen it too many times firsthand--it's what they do. You can trust Lucian--if he tells you it needs to be replaced, it NEEDS to be replaced and he will do it at a reasonable cost. ALSO, just found out he is the only person locally who will service CVT X-mission instead of replacing!
