They will only mount tires purchased through them or from a partner company they are in bed with, moving around constantly makes me not care about warranties of any kind so dont give me that, especially as I have never once seen an "American Tire" anywhere else so it wouldn't matter anyway. Also when they installed 2 tires on new wheels for Fix Auto they didn't even take the time to add air to equalize all pressure...so much for safety being top priority.

We just left their shop but when my husband went in to let them know we were here for them to install our new cooper tires we bought on Amazon, they said they wouldn’t do it because we bought them from Amazon. THEY’RE COOPER TIRES, who cares where we bought it.
And don’t say it has to do with not being able to warranty it when you don’t even know how to use your warranty when customers bring it up.

Went over here to get my news hires mounted onto my new rims, and they wouldn't do it because they won't provide that service to someone who buys products online or from competitors. LOL okay buddy. If you're going to be butt hurt because I decided to get my products for the best price, you don't have to have my money for any other services either. We're good. And ps - no, the other places I went to did not quote me for double.

Ordered blizzacs from them, they didn't have a size meant for my car so they went out of their way to order a different set just to try it on. Held the tires for a week since I was too busy to come in, and when I came to buy them, they had an open slot so they tried them on immediately. They insisted I not pay until after they were certain the tires would work for my car. Absolutely incredible, they were so friendly and super efficient too! I would absolutely go back, no wonder they're always busy!

I came up from Delta to do a cash and carry for studded snow tires and rims. The price was good, however many of the studs after putting the tires on the rims were loose and not properly pressed. September is obviously not a good time to be thinking about tires. The staff are pressed hard from all the demand. Consider preempting the onset of winter and getting tires early.

Was told my tires being mounted were weather checked and had insufficient tread. Told me they would sell me new tires and dispose of mine.Took my vehicle to another location farther down the street and had the manager come out to check them and said there was no weather checking and the had over 70% tread left. Won't be doing any more business with American Tire for sure.

Fast, and awesome customer service. Went in because I had a nail in one of my tires and that tire was unserviceable. They worked with me and helped me get a replacement at a good price. They went and check my other tires as well and got that tire replaced and got on my way to conduct my business.
The store is well organized with variety of tires and wheels for those looking to see. They have a waiting area where you can get coffee or popcorn for free. They have vending machines but they only take dollars, I would recommend they start swapping those out for the more modern ones that take card,

Had tires put on but tech could not put hubcap on without breaking tabs, then they blamed me for defective hubcaps. New from dealer.
Was willing to try them again for snow tires. Explained about hubcaps and to put them on correctly. I fix them from previous visit. They screwed them up again, blaming me again for bad hubcaps.
NEVER WILL I RETURN!
I EVEN CHANGE THE RADIO CHANNEL WHEN THEIR COMMERCIALS COME ON!
Their catch phrase is "yes we can", but NO, THEY CAN'T!!!!!

My tires were going bald, it was time to buy a new set. I checked prices at two other shops and then thought what the heck I'll swing by here. I'm glad I did, not only did they have the best price (Apples to Apples) and was able to work within my budget. This is not the first time I've been to American tire, I went to their other store last year for an alignment. When I got my new tires put on they checked my alignment and made sure it was dialed in with my new tires. Great people to work with thanks.

I've been here a couple times and my experience has been all together pretty good. Knowledgeable staff who won't try to screw you over. Although today I did have a bad experience. I called two days ago and scheduled an appointment, when I made the appointment they said the servicing would be done on my lunch break and I'd have it back in time to go back to work. So today I go in, and their mechanic is taking his lunch so the front desk guy says they won't be able to get my car serviced in the time frame I set up. I understand people have to eat, but when it's a scheduled

I was completely satisfied with my experience here. Needed all four tires on my 2015 Z06 warranted and they got them in less than a week. I felt comfortable leaving my car with them and got it back in perfect condition. I checked my expensive rims very carefully and not a mark. Will use them again for sure.
