This was the 1st time I used this flat on the spot, not sure how it would go. But the employee was very professional and fixed my tire and explained to me what was wrong. Will use again. Price was very good do to they came to me so no tow truck cost.

I decided to give a mobile service a try this year for winter tire change over rather than fighting the crowds at a tire shop. The communication was fantastic, and they arrived on time as scheduled. The team was very professional and removed my summer tires and mounted up my winter tires quickly - and I didn't have to leave my house. Considering the early winter tire change rush, they were able to get my appointment scheduled in a relatively short amount of time. I will be using them again!

Wow! Amazing service, super prompt and responsive, and extremely professional and kind. Started my day off on the wrong foot with a flat this morning, called Flat on the Spot at 8:11am, got a call back by 8:29am, was told there were two people before me and they tech would be there as soon as possible. The technician called at 9:02am to say he was on the way and showed up about ten minutes later! If that wasn't impressive enough, all was said and done by 10:05am. These guys communicated and found to be a vary transparent company. They gave me a 15 minute Courtesy call prior to arriving. I thought I needed a new tire. They were able to fix it and did not upsell me new tires.

I had a great experience with this company, I have had a slow leak since Friday decided to wait until monday to sort it. I called up at about 9.30am letting them know the car was at home and no issue for timing and Logan was out at 10.25, he checked the tyre and found a crack from a sharp rock but it ended up being the valve which he replaced, the whole process took about 15 minutes and he only charged me the callout fee, I dont know why there are negative reviews he used a pneumatic impact wrench for the nuts and then hand checked them no way those are coming loose.

Tech didn't have the right tools to drop the spare. I stopped my job to help the tech for over 30mins because he couldn't get the tire down.
He put the tire back on but forgot to properly tighten it.
Thanks to this bumbling Buffon I almost lost my tire ON THE HIGHWAY!
Failed at half of the job he was sent to do and caused major damage to my rig.

My first time having someone come out to fix my car. I felt really guilty because I mean there's snow on the ground and it's cold. But my battery was dead, my tires were dry rotting and it was time for an oil change and I had no extra money for a tow. Logan came out fixed my car pretty quickly. Then I paid him half cash because I was told he had a card reader. Well today he didn't and the card I had was a typical credit card. So I told him I could drive up to the gas station and get the rest. He told me he would take me and drive me back home. No attitude, no being rude. I really appreciate him

These people are absolutely amazing. I came out for work one morning about a year ago and discovered I had a completely flat tire so I ended up taking a taxi to work. My supervisor gave me a ride home and recommended Flat on the Spot. I called that day and made an appointment for the following day. In about an hour my car was fixed and ready to drive.

We used their mobile service last Fall and although it cost a little more, we got all 3 of our family's vehicles changed at one time that was convenient for us. That being said, one of my tires was pinched when it was put back on the rim. I learned this after I drove on it, and it went flat. I tried to contact Flat on the Spot, but they were temporarily out of business, moving to a new location. I had to buy 4 new tires. So I am not happy with this company.

These guys are AWESOME! So glad that I found them. After they were done with changing out my tires/rims, I called their shop and actually got to speak to the owner. I let him know about the great service I got and I would totally recommend them to anyone that needs this type of service. I called these guys to get my tires changed over. Both the person who booked the appointment and the guys who did the changeover were kind and respectful (not the treatment that I'm used to getting when calling about things for my vehicle). They also got it done in just about half an hour and for a super reasonable price. I will absolutely be using them again.

My experience at Flat on the Spot was one of the most disappointing transactions I've had in a long time. I recently paid over $100 to have my oil changed there. The price seems a bit steep to me, but I hadn't asked the price ahead of time so that's on me. Shortly after, I left on vacation and when I returned there was a puddle of oil under my car. I unfortunately had a bolt puncture my back right tire last night. I called Flat the Spot this afternoon and they had a technician here within the hour. The woman who answered the phone was very polite and took the time to find out what i needed exactly. The technician called me when he was 10 minutes away which was very helpful . Eric was wonderful. He was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable. He even removed my punctured tire from the rim for me! He also took the time to look at my other tires and recommend an alignment. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with this company. Got my appointment scheduled at 3pm today for tires change over. 10 mins into the appointment, nobody showed up. I called the office, lady said that technician is running late, but he will be there. Well I get that stuff happens, so I keep waiting. An hour goes by, still nothing. I got a call from technician 2.5hrs later, when I wasn't able to answer my phone. I called back the office, same lady picked up the phone, and no apology for this mix up, just a dry "well we tried to contact you". Yeah 2.5 hours later

I highly recommend this company. I called to schedule an appointment to have my summer tires swapped for winter. They were able to schedule me for the same day and arrived as arranged. Well I hate that I have had to use them 2 times in a month but am happy they are able to come to me and work around my schedule.
Flat on the spot is the way to go for my oil change, flat tires, and snow tire change over!! I have been using them for over 2 years now and love them.
Never had issues and don't think I ever will.
